Return of Kira

ooc: Good to see that you are back demmy. We all missed you very much. Without you around, the thread was somewhat on the verge of death, or atleast temporary death.

And I must compliment you. That was one of my original plans for killing Terri, but what I told RA, I will tell you. I require Terri to still be alive, for you see, I still have other plans that are still instored for you all.

 

"I'm off Near..." Mellody explained walking out and closing the door behind her. "I wonder if Lana knows more about this case than Near..."

As Mellody entered the hospital she realizedi t was quite a likely possibility. Asking for her room quietly adn then continuing to it. "Hey, Lana you up yet?" She asked politely opening the door slightly.

 

"You mind calling me L? I don't much fancy being killed after two close death experiences." Lana sighed, hastily wiping her face with her slender hands as she turned to face her. "Mellody. Nice to see you're back. Finally decide you couldn't catch Kira your way or is this just a passing vist?"

"This is a visit to see if you and your incompetent partner actually got anything done while i was gone." Mellody retorted walking in. "or were you to busy flirting?"

 

"Once again immeadiatley to low brow insults. Why not just pull my hair and pin a kick me sign to my back? I would of thought that was more you callibre of insults. Idiot and sl*t seem to be the only two names in you're limted vocabulary." Lana sneered, secretly hiding a strong want... no need to slap her across her annoyingly Barbie-ish face.

 

"And i see your as smart as ever L" Mellody replied sitting down. "No wonder Near hasn't been bothered to come see you."

 

"I doubt he even knows I'm up, it's only been a couple of hours. And I can't expect him to drop everything he's doing for me. I'm just one of his underlings, nothing important..." Lana shrugged, whincing and cringing at the pain. Though her voice trailed off at the end of the last two words.

 

"Exactly, an underling feel free to put on this parade of being L all you want but you'll never live up to the name."

 

"Shut up! At least I'm not some stupid little Barbie-girl who likes to think she's being a rebel when in fact she's just copying a person who got themselves killed by Kira's girlfriend/spokes-person! I didn't choose the name! I was given it alright! As a joke maybe seeing as how Near isn't trying to be the next L anymore and is being himself. It's just a name! And me and the True L have more in common then you realise!" Lana snapped suddenly amd loudly, a true break from her usual L facade.

 

"Wow, you can't even keep your calm like he did..." Mellody sighed, gesturing jokingly. "Wow, what a failure you turned out to be."

 

"Shut up..." Lana muttered bitterly "Just... just shut up... I know I'm pathetic compared to him, or to Near... or to any other Wammy House resident. I don't need you reminding me..."

 

"Huh..." Mellody sighed looking at Lana. "Anwyay, i'm not here to fight, just tell me if you know anything about the case."

 

"I know plenty about the case." Lana sighed, deliberately twisting Mellody's words so she answered her question and not what she wanted her to say.

Near sighed as he sat there alone and began to build his train tracks having nothing better to do. Hope Lana's back...Mell's mean.. He complained to himself


She shook her head to see how slow he was and singed with only her first name like always.

"And I'm guessing Terri isn't your real name either?" Blondie smiled, cocking her head to one side and looking at the handwriting. "Your hand doesn't flow as it would writing a name you've been 'trained' to since birth. Though, you could just of had a bad handwriting teacher I surpose."

 

"WOw, always wanted one of these" matt said as he put the signature in his pocket. "Thanks a bunch"

Then she tossed her long blonde hair over her shoulder and striking a subtley sexy and sultry pose the same malicious glint sparkling in her pastel blue eyes. "How do you know I'm not plotting something?" Debbie whispered seductivley.

 

"Well, if you're plotting my demise, and this is a part of your plan, then it is working perfectly" he said to her with a grin

 

"Oh this isn't part of my plan, this is just... for... fun." She smiled, taking a step closer to him with every single word she uttered in her soft, sensual tone.
