Return of Kira

"Good. But, I have one more very important(sp) question.....where is the food?" Benedict asked.

 

"I'll try and figure something out with it." Lana reassured Near as he left. Looking at the morose and sad looking train wreck. "Stupid blonde twat..." She muttered viciously under her breath, "She's too much like Mello for her own good. And not in the good way..." A slow, heavy and laboured sighed escaped her lips. The sound shuddering through her pain. "Some first day up this has been..." L added, carfully picking up the set and inspecting it closley. It seemed almost unfixable to her. But, she wasn't gonna give up on her vision alone. Wasn't as though she was a toy expert or something. Though she imagined that would only be a matter of time. The amount of time she was spending with him, babysitting. She thought, smiling slightly at the idea.

"Sixth floor, go along for sixth left turn, sixth door on the right." Lana smiled helpfully. Suddenly appearing behind Near, she'd decided it was best to leave the train as it was for the time being. She was still at risk of passing out unexpectedly and didn't much fancy going out on her own at that moment in time."Don't think we've met. I am L."

"Just as well, nothing interesting. Some old game she likes, that's all." Blondie shrugged dismisivley. "So, details? About the plan? I think I might need to know them." She asked, trying to switch the subject back on track as she looked down at the map in her hands.

 

"That map shows the location of the cheif's office. I already had one of my partners, who you havn't met yet, alter your documents to make you appear as if you were transfered from Russia, though note that it will be listed that your parents went there from America, so you are not actually Russian. I made sure to give you a high IQ as well. You are to go in there, dressed in uniform, and stomp up to the cheifs desk, demanding that he let you onto the kira case. Most likely, he will deny you to join, so then you try to get him to spit out some info on the SPK. You demand that he let you join the SPK, and he will most likely agree to suggest it to the SPK, however he is supposed to reach them. He will then suggest you, and then when Near or whoever reads your report reads it, they will gladly want you to join. Of course, if the cheif resists, then you can use your power of 'persuasion' to persuade him" matt said.

 

"And you know just how 'persuasive' I can be." She smirked mischiviously. "Just as well I spent some time in Russia recently I guess. And I do have a high IQ anyway, thank-you ever much. Also, this other agent, will I be having to speak with them? Or have they been, disposed of?"

 

"Well I know you have a high IQ, but I made it even higher then it already is. I don't know exsactly what that second question means though, but if you mean the SPK, then all they actually have a few extra people after I killed off most of them. If you mean the other person who changed your profiles and such, he is someone who you will not have to really meet. He at the moment is the one who is keeping me from dieing" matt said, standing up. "But let us not get to far into discussion. We should hurry" he told her.

 

"One-Hundred and Thrity..." She mumbled looking over the map once again "And, you killed off a load of the SPK and replaced all but a handfull with Kira agents? Because that's what that sounded like."

 

"Oh no, that wasn't what I meant. I just meant that I killed a bunch of SPK members" matt said

 

"Shame, sounded like a good idea. And, is that something I should know about?"

OOC- And I just doomed me and Angel right there I expect. ><

 

"No, not really. At the moment, you are going to be the only agent. As a matter a fact, they will probably want you badly since they are short on men" matt said. "And of course, while you are there, try not to look suspicious, but if you have the oppertunity, then just play around with whoever you can to get some information, but make it look as if you are just having some innocent fun with them" matt said

 

"Innocent fun? It's the SPK, I doubt highly they even know the meaning of the word fun."

 

"Hmmm, that is true. Besides, it is mostly women, so unless you are willing to use your powers of persuasion on a woman, I doubt that you'll get to much out of them" matt said, pondering.

OOC- Didn't really expect it too. Was to obvious I assumed.

"You asked me that question before. My reply was along the lines of: Anything with a pulse."

 

"Good. Then see what you can find out about them, and then find out what their plans are, no matter how far you must go" matt said to her, obviously speaking of her talents, since that was one of the most useful things about her

 

"L, huh? I'm B." Benedict said looking at Lana.

 

He played with his hair as they spoke


Terri hanged up the phone and sat up before yawning

 

Benedict looked at Near and said, "So Casper, when do we go find Kira?"

 

"Well..." Lana sighed "At the moment we're looking for the evidence to go after them... But, it's proving harder then we thought. They're covering their tracks pretty well, and the fact we''ve had a series of complications that aren't directicly related to the case recently..." She added, whincing slightly as she shifted her weight to her other foot.

 

"In other wrods..." Mellody started. "They've been too busy keeping a close watch on each-other tha nanything else."

 

"From what you said it'd appear that sir kept busy while I was out of it... So don't go blaming me..." Lana muttered, glaring at her. Though, the evil stare flickered over to Near for a breif moment as she surpressed the thoughts once again. Just because she would of stayed around for him doesn't mean he'd of hung about for her, wasn't as if he even had to. She was just his underling, nothing more. Maybe a friend, but she doubted very much he saw her any other way. Or as important in any other capacity then a just that, a work friend.

"I know, I know. Use all nessicary means and all that crap." Blondie sighed. "I was planning on doing that anyway."

 

"If you didn't notice, honey, you're leader didn't get anything done while you were out of it!" Mellody retorted. "I'm talking about before any of that bullsh*t happened."
