"Right." He said before opening the door

The room was dark as a cell and Akito was tied to a metal like chair in the center of the room and blindfolded just in case he had the Death God's eyes. He turned his head when he heard the noise

 

OOC- I got one too... The moment I came back, posted once then gone. Along with the site I watch Death Note on and I can't watch any of the back up sites I have because I'm not American! TT-TT

"Certainly went full scale on the security this time round..."

 

"So what do we do from here?" Benedict asked.

"Last time didn't go so well.... And now we ask what we want to know." He said going in the room

He smiled slightly and for only a second when he heard their voices. "Finally. I was getting a bit worried that you've forgotten about me."

 

"So should I kill him now or latter?" Benedict asked to scare the guy.

 

"If you don't Laya will." He said before Near could answer

 

Benedict reached into his coat and pulled out one of his guns and fired it at the ceiling.

"Hey! We gotta pay for that!" She snapped, scorning B's sick game.

 

"Go ahead and shoot me. My fate will be nothing compared to yours."

"Ooh, such big talk for someone in your postion." Lana smirked.

 

"Alright." Benedict said. Benedict then shot the guy in the leg.

 

He smiled. "And such small fate in yourself." He said to Lana before he got shot. He put his head down as he sringed in pain for a while but not too long. "Best you got?" He asked as the blood dripped to the ground and covered his leg.

"Try not to kill him yet." Near said sitting on the ground a few feet in front of Akito

 

Matt entered the door where he had left Terri and Blondie to talk, and he looked exsausted. "There, I cleaned up. Are you happy?" he asked, as in the backround, the sound of a car slipping and crashing could be heard, most likely because of the salsa covered road.

 

"Yes." She said simply

 

"Hmm, this might prove to be hard." Benedict said.

 

As the gun had been fired Lana had suddenly cowered, almost trying to hide behind the laptop she was still carrying. How she hated that sound, knowing all to well now the pain that a bullet can cause. Having now been shot three times herself. But the last time had been by far the most painful, and the memories were still etched freshly in her mind.

"Assuming that that sound was you then."

 

"Yes it will. Espacially seeing how I'll die if you shoot me again and/or from loss of blood."

Near looked to Lana with a worried look

 

"I'll... I'll go put this thing down somewhere..." She said hurriedly, looking for any excuse to remove herself from the situation as soon as possible. Quickly darting towards the exit.

 

"We'll let him free." Benedict said.
