He watched Lana leave before looking back at Akito "He's stay here. Unless... Is there anything toy have to tell us?"

"Yeah. Take a bath. I can smell you from here."

After getting out of the room she quickly sat down on the nearest free chair, setting the computer down on her lap and taking a deep breath, trying to clear her mind from the panic that had suddenly overcome her.

 

"So Mr...whatever your name was. Describe(sp) to me what L looks like." Benedict said.

 

"L?" He asked titling his head ingoring the pain that ran through his leg

 

"Not my fault" matt said. "Drivers just have to watch where they are going these days is all" he said

 

Benedict slapped him across the face and yelled, "What country you from?!!"

 

"Japan. Thought you'd know that. Now let me say, when I get untied you're the first I'll hit."

 

After a few moments Lana sighed and went back into the room, coming in just in time to see him hit Akito. Looking disaprovingly at Benedict as she walked she walked up to Near, "Isn't that illegal?" She asked him quietly so the other two wouldn't hear.

 

"Is in some places." He replied also making gsure the others didn't hear

 

"So you understand the words I'm sayin' to you?" Benedict asked.

 

"I'm not stupid."

 

"Pretty certain this is one of those places... If nothing else it just seems wrong to me... Even if he's a Kira worshipper/helper..." she mumbled, still only just speaking loud enough for Near to hear, let alone anyone else."And B, I can speak fluent japanese. Actually, I think most of us can so it doesn't matter either way so stop being such an ass."

 

"I somewhat agree."

"I'm being an a**? You're the ones who tied me up."

 

Benedict looked at Lana and said, "Hey shut up. I'm on a roll her." Benedict then looked at the guy and said, "Then describe(sp) to me what L looks like."

 

"Yeah... Think we should stop him?" She asked before replying to Akito "Hey! I was on your side there, I was calling the bloke who shot you an a**. And I'm skinny with messed up black hair. If that helps you at all."

 

"I don't need your help. And how would I know? I've never met the guy."


"Maybe. Not now though."

 

Benedict sighed and walked up to Akito and dislocated his arm.

 

"Okay now you can step in."


He turned his head "What the hell was that for?"

 

"No real reason." Benedict said.

 

"And it's people like you that are the reason."
