"I just expect worst case scenario these days." She sighed.

 

"Why?" He asked blinking a couple of times before rubbing his eyes

 

"Well, because as far as I've been concerned everything that could go wrong has gone wrong."

 

"Well that figures..." He muttered

 

"Charming..." Lana sighed, brushing her hair out of her face. One of my bigger mess upa being falling for my dying boss...

 

"No...Not that....I'm having trouble seeing."

 

"What?" She asked quickly.

 

"Nothing....Don't worry about me."

 

"Nuh uh, that's not good. You said you couldn't see properly."

 

"It's not the first time...."

 

"You really should sit down..." She said worriedly. "Don't want you passing out on me again..."

 

"But I don't want to...."

 

"Near, sit down and stop trying to be such a hero. You promised you'd look after yourself better remember? Or do I have to keep reminding you? Don't make me force you to sit down."

 

"How am I a hero? And fine. Better then being knocked out by you" He said and went to find a chair

 

"You know what I mean, and like I was gonna knock you out. Sit on you maybe, knock you out is the exact opposite of what I was trying to do."

 

"But I already had one person tackle and sit on me..."

 

"Lucky you, that'll make two then won't it?" She grinned cheekily.

 

"Please don't. It hurt so much the last time."

 

"Fine then I won't, spoil all my fun." Lana said, throwing a fake sulk.

 

He shurgged. "After seeing you sulk once I can tell when you're faking it."
