he headed for the exit

 

L followed after, having a last check around room to make sure nothing else was there.

 

Near wait fro her outside while playing with his hair

 

After deciding nothing much was in there she wandered out of the room, shutting the door behind her and putting her sunglasses back on as quickly as possible.

 

He had hid the DN before she got out there "Ever thought about lenses?"

 

"They're just regular sunglasses." L protested.

 

"Right." He started to walk back towards the hotel

 

"They are..." She muttered walking along behind him.

 

He smiled as he walked into the hotel

 

"I'm guessing your birthday just got a whole lot better then." She said noticing the smile.

 

"I dont know what you mean"

 

"What with the finding the Death Note and all..."

 

"yeah.....what do you think of me?" That was a random question for him to ask but he wanted to know the answer

 

"What do you mean?" L asked, somewhat surprised by the question.

 

"Like am I like more of a boss to you or like a frined?"

 

"I dunno, depends on the situation really." L replied carfully, unsure of what was the right answer.
