"This doesn't make any sense!" L exclamied under her breath as she watched through the tapes around the momentof the accident nothing... zip, zero, ziltch...

 

"But thats not fair. You can fly." she wispher so the driver who was outside on the phone wouldnt hear.

 

"I know. So I don't really care." He smirked.

"Cheater" she went to open the door but before she did cops cars drove passed "Wonder what happened." she got out after they've passed and started to walk
"Wait up" the driver followed

 

"Not really no. Just making the most of being a Shinigami."

 

she made a sour face but couldnt say anything because of the driver walking behind them. Soon they reached the airport which had police cars parked here and there

 

"Jealous Misa?" He taunted floating above her and dropping down in front of her.

Police... Great, just what I need.

There was a black van parked among the cop cars and inside it was Near sitting in the back with all of the cameras and screens and two people in the front he called L

She made a mad face trying not to yell

 

Light chuckled maliciously at Misa.

"Near..." About flamin' time...

 

she crossed her arms

"Nice to speak to you again too." L sighed "Well, I've cheacked the CCTV footage of the so called accident. And nothing's shown up. I think whoever it was was out of the camera's range. But what I don't understand is that the man's name was never spoken. I belive this was designed to happen by Kira so we'd beleive it was a trial run or a sudden choice. It's possible for him to control the events of a death right? So maybe he set it up to be like this."

"Poor Misa-chan." He laughed evily.

 

"Kira must be testing us. Meaning that he heard or knew the last Kira was Light. Keep your eyes open and watch Misa. She was close to Light. I will call back later" he hanged up

"Stop!" she screamed and everyone looked at her "Heh I broke a nail." her hand was in her pcket and she quickly broke it on the inisde of her pocket and then showed it to everyone and laughed nervously"

 

"Right will do, and bye." She sighed clicking the earpiece off. So polite and well-mannered.L thought sarcasticly. Watch Misa, like that's gonna be easy.

Light snickered quitely before shutting up completley,

 

"wow. Boy do I feel embressed. Well goodnight everyone" she started to walk away from the sceen quickly

 

L walked out of the CCTV Room and looked around for any sign Misa. There she is... That was easy... she thought pulling her sunglasses on as she shut the door.

"Great cover story." Light sneered

 

"What you would of said?"

 

"Well, I wouldn't of said I'd broken a nail." He snorted
