Return of the Keyblade

When Seo got to Twlight Town he headed for the sandlot after seeing a poster stating that there was a strugle torunment today. By the time he had got to the sandlot it was too late to enter so he decided to watch.

 

Yoh had come to the mansion , the gate was open , he went through the mansion , He somehow knew where to go , trusting his instincts , he took the set of stairs to the right , and game to the landing , he walked to the left and then to a door , he went through the door , he got a bit of a shock , seeing a massive hole in the floor , he jumped down coming to a door he went through and came to a computer "what is this place.." he sighed softly , he looked to the left , there was some kind of blue beam "touch the beam" the voice said , he placed a finger under the beam , in seconds he found himself under the beam in the open chamber of the beam , but in the same mansion , he groaned and got up , walking forward and he decided to walk back outside , the voice in his head was silent , he came to the sandlot after walking back.

 

Nathalia walked slowly to Hercules, her skirt bouncing off her thighs. "Herc, what do you know about Aqua?" She asked, looking out a carving that was made probably a very long time ago. "Well, she was really modest, calling herself a trainee when she was a real hero. Uhhh, it's been a while.." He looked away, Nathalia sitting on the carving's ledge. "Maybe..I mean its not like her traits have shown up in the lastest generation." Hercules looked back at her, his eyes searching her face. "You've got her eyes. Blue, clear and determined, just like her. And him..."

"Who?!" Nathalia jumped down, startling the god. "Who is He?!" She walked around Herc, interogating him. "Okay, his name is Sora. He was a keyblade weilder too." Hercules started to walk back to the vestibule, Nathalia's face lifting a bit. "If he's been here, maybe he's been to other worlds! I gotta go for now, but I'll be back in time for the Games!" She called, running to the train station. Once there, she looked at the avaliable worlds. "Hmm, I'll take a ticket to Destiny Islands." She told the ticketer, remembering her bags. "Oh well, I can buy more stuff later, right?" She leaned forward, walking on the train. "I wonder....Where can I find a descandant of his?"

 

Cathrine looked at what rides were availbe DI , TT, and Anlantica she chose DI and boarded the train with Natailia. "Hi how do you use magic and did you steal tickets to get aborad" Cathrine asked Natalia.

 

"Oh, hey Cathrine! Um well, I didn't steal tickets, and I can teach you how to use magic, I've been pratcing really hard since we last saw each other." Nathalia looked out the window, seeing the landscape whiz by. "So, why are you headed for Destiny Islands?"

 

Yoh sighed softly , he sat on a bench in the sandlot , thinking things through

 

The announcer silenced the crowd by holding up his left hand. In his other hand he held the list of all the entrants in the struggle tournament. "Ok,first match is Marcus Stuart against the ever impatient Gexln!" he yelled. The crowd roared with enthuasiasm. Gexln stood up. "Finally. I was beginning to get bored" he stated. He walked up to the stage that had been set up for the tournament. "Now,you can either use a weapon we have supplied,or use your own. But there will be absolutely no serious injuries, understand?" the announcer asked as Marcus walked up onto the stage.
Both the competitors nodded their heads. Gexln decided to use his blade,on the condition he only hit his opponents with the hilt so that he didn't accidentally kill someone, and Marcus took the club-like weapon that had been supplied. "Alright, are both of you ready?" the announcer asked. Once more,both Marcus and Gexln nodded their heads. "Ok then...STRUGGLE!" the announcer yelled.

OOC: "so that he didn't accidentally kill someone" XD

 

Suki sat down to watch the match, the hooded man she had passed earlier was standing ready on the arena floor facing off against Marcus.
She hadn't realised that the hooded man earlier had been Gexln, obviously due to her lonely past she didn't know him that well, but she had seen him around a few times before.
She would watch the match closely, try to get as much experience as she could just from observing, after all she didn't know when her match would be.

"Ok then...STRUGGLE!" the announcer yelled.

 

Marcus was the first to make a move. He stepped forward and tried to hit Gexln in the side with the club. Gexln instinctively stepped back a short distance, so that Marcus was offguard. Gexln rushed forward and delivered a painful hit with the hilt of his blade to Marcus' side. Marcus stumbled back, slightly disorientated by the pain. Gexln rushed forward again, but was suprised to see Marcus was ready. Marcus swung with alot of effort towards Gexln's head,and because Gexln was moving so fast, Gexln was knocked off his feet. As Gexln fell onto the ground, Marcus leapt forward and prepared to do an overhand swing. He was put off guard when he saw Gexln smiling. "Why are you smiling?!" Marcus shouted. Gexln ignored him. Marcus continued with the swing, but Gexln, almost too casually, flicked his left leg up and disarmed Marcus. Marcus stepped on Gexln's wrist,causing him to lose grip on his blade. Marcus then kicked his blade away. He looked down at Gexln again, who wasn't smiling anymore. Marcus walked back a few steps. "Come on" he baited. Gexln stood up. He was mad. Marcus tried to kick Gexln, but Gexln grabbed Marcus' foot and pushed him very hard backwards. Marcus was caught offguard and fell backwards. But before Marcus had hit the ground, Gexln was there. He had moved faster than anybody had seen in the town. If someone was to examine Gexln closely,they would see his fingernails had now turned into small,black,sharp claws, and that Gexln's arms were in fact a light black tinge. Gexln curled his hands into a fist and punched Marcus with all his might. Marcus gave a gasp as the wind was knocked out of him,and fell down onto the ground, unconscious. Gexln turned and looked at the announcer. Without saying a word,he quickly left the stage and sat down where he was sitting before. What was that? I've never felt like that before...it's like i wanted to destroy him.... Gexln thought to himself.

OOC: XD Suki's turn lol guess you'd better make the announcer announce your fight huh?

 

"Well..." The announcer looked awkward for a second.
"We have our winner! Gexln!" he yelled as the crowd started to cheer.
Suki was in awe at the brute power Gexln had shown... "Wow... I hope I don't have to fight him..."
"Next up we have the sly and cheeky Kitsune Kyuubi against surprise entry, Suki Amera!" The crowd roared at Kitsune's name, but went slightly quieter from confusion at hearing Suki's, none the less they still cheered.

Suki gulped... It was time. She stood up and stepped onto the stage.
She decided against using her Key shaped blade, she didn't want to accidentally hurt Kitsune from inexperience by using a proper weapon. Also, she had realised she wouldn't improve that much if she had to hold back because of her weapon. Using the supplied struggle bat would be a better choice she decided...
"You both know the rules" the announcer yelled. Both girls nodded and stood in combat ready positions.
"Get ready! aaaaaAAANNNNDD! STRUGGLE!"

Seo watched the matches with total intrest Too bad I didn't here sooner he thought clearly wanting to participate

 

Gexln was observing the two fighters. That girl is familiar somehow. Suki....ah yes. The quiet girl. She probably feels isolated from alot of other people..i know how that feels he thought to himself.

 

OOC: Kitsune is Japanese for fox lol and Kyuubi is obviously 9 tails etc. It's how I got the idea for her name. I thought that she would be sly and people say fox's are sly so yeah :P


Kitsune rushed forwards and had instantly closed the gap between her and Suki.
Suki barely had time to block as Kitsune slashed wildly at her.
Her moves weren't at all precise, they were rather clumsy, it was clear she was just trying to overwhelm Suki with speed and get a lucky strike in.
Suki was still having trouble trying to block these strikes though.
She had to create an opening somehow.
Using battle instincts she wasn't aware that she had, she waited for Kitsune to launch a particularly wide strike and made her move.
She bent backward matrix style to avoid the blow and launched a quick strike at Kitsune. The crowd "ooo'd" and "aaaaah'd"
Kitsune however had been waiting for this. She caught Suki's strike with her hand and instantly sweeped Suki's legs with her foot, she then bought down her bat smacking Suki in her side, sending her rolling away, to the edge of the stage.
"Haha, fool! You really think I'd enter these games and not be able to fight? those wild strikes were to make you think I was bad, I waited for you to take 'advantage' and then I made my move."
Suki clasped her side on the floor in pain.
"You should have listened to the announcer, he said I was sly after all.
Just do us all a favour freak! Stay down and make it easier for yourself. Stay down like the lonely loser you are."
"... no..." a barely audible whisper.
"Huh? you say something? I couldn't hear you over your lameness."
Suki put both hands on the floor and pushed herself up slowly...
"I said... No.. I'm not just gonna lie down... I... I..."
"Tch, your funeral freak, I hate to beat on a younger opponent, but you asked for it"
Suki was standing now, she gripped her bat loosely in her hand.
"I won't... I... Promised to give it my best..."
"Well it's a shame your best won't be good enough!" Kitsune said charging forwards.
Suki let her fast beating heart calm itself.
Kitsune made a wide precise swipe. But Suki was already moving before Kitsune had realised.
Suki span around the blow and let her arm swing out at the apex of the spin. The blow caught Kitsune in the back of the head. Her momentum and the blow caused her to lose her footing and go flying off of the stage.
The crowd were stunned. They clearly never expected Suki to actually pull off such a victory.
"Wow... the rules clearly state, whoever sets foot off of the stage is disqualified and so... the winner is Suki!" The announcer roared.
"Who would have expected such a come back?!"

 

Gexln had payed close attention to the match. "Well,she'll be one to watch" he said quietly. Unknown to everyone but him,the entire time Kitsune had been insulting Suki, he had been considering throwing his blade at her. Kinda glad i didn't. That was an..interesting match to watch, he thought. His hands were as they should be now, no claws were visible.

OOC: so,time for the final match you think? lol

 

OOC: Yeah, we'll just say that the other matches happened as the day progressed.
One or two people dropped out from fear of getting owned as well. I imagine that while some people saw Gexln fight, they would have thought, 'no way am I going against him' or something...
anyway yeah, bring on the final!


"Right, we'll take a brief break to allow our last two contestants a chance to recover. Anyone who needs a trip to the utilities, please do so now as the next fight isn't one you'll want to miss! It's favourite to win Gexln against surprise underdog Suki!" The announcer told the crowd.

 

Gexln looked over at Suki. Well,i guess i'll get to find out how strong she is after all, he thinks as he stands up. He walks over to the announcer. "I'm ready to go now. Whenever she's ready,i'll start" he said emotionlessly.

 

Suki had decided she was still going to use the Struggle weapon against Gexln despite him using a real one.
She figured that him using a real weapon limited his moves, so using her struggle weapon would give her more versatility in battle.
As she stood on stage she smiled at Gexln.
"Good luck"

 

Gexln didn't smile back. "Don't hold back" was all he said. "The same rules apply as before! STRUGGLE!" the announcer yelled. Gexln didn't move for a few moments. He then took a step back,observing Suki for a moment. Satisfied that he had guessed the reach of her weapon, he lunged forward and attempted to hit Suki with the hilt of Darkness' Sorrow.

 

The lunge was so fast she didn't have time to dodge, instead she would have to confront the attack like that time she had the giant shadow creatures fist. She had done something similar before... so she knew she could do it again. It was a bold move, but she lunged forwards also, letting her weapon clash with his bringing them into a locked together state. Both pushing hard against eachother, she knew she wouldn't last long against him. He was about 4 years older than her and incredibly strong... she had to think of something fast.
