Secrets only cause problems

OOC- Well it was closed for all but one day last week, it might be this week but I really don't know.

"It's a difficult situation, and there's been other things happening that's stopped us. We were just waiting for the right time, and this isn't it!" Casey tried to explain hurriedly

He headed for the door once more"Mum! dad!"

Lyra went chalk white and looked at Casey

 

OOC- My school's in another town, so even if it is open I might not be able to get in.

"This... is going to end SO badly." Casey said weakly.

 

she let out a weak whimper as she heard her father call down

"Jordan! whats the shouting about?!"


"Come down! Lyra nad Casey have some wounderfull new to tell you!"

"SHUT UP YOU IDIOT!" She,looking close to tears,no...this wasnt going to end well

 

"JORDAN!" Casey shouted at him. He then looked back at Lyra and rubbed his temples. "We are so buggered..."

 

"Cory....go play with your toys up stairs for awhile ok?"She said in a weak voice


"Are you and Daddy in trouble?"Casey was around so much that Cory had taken to calling him daddy,his green eyes wide with fear

"Just go sweetie."she aid as her parents came in with Jordan glaring over his mothers shoulder,

"Whats all this about?"Lewis asked crossing his arms


she sighed,seeming resgined to what was going happen"Case,maybe we should get your mum...then everyones here..."

 

"Nah, let's leave her. I don't think I could handle the mix of shouting and cooing." Casey sighed. "One bridge at a time..."

 

Lily's eyes narrowed"Talk.Now."

Lyra scooted backwards,so her ear drums wouldnt get burst "Impregnant."

"what?"

"Im pregnant"Her voice no more than a whisper

what?"


Jordan was still glaring at Casey

 

Casey shifted awkwardly, not wanting to draw too much attention to himself.

 

"Ho-how is that possible? your not even with anyone!"


Lily looked at her eldest son,then followed his glared" Casey?" she gasped

 

"Ye-Yeah..." Casey nodded slightly, rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

 

"Casey..."Lily repeated

"They've been hiding the fact they're dating for two years too!"Jordan butted in

"Jordan room....now..."Lewis said,looking livid.


she backed up a little more"Dad....its not that bad....its Casey....he's never done anything wrong...."

 

Casey sighed and looked up from his feet. "Look, I know we shouldn't of hidden it. And looking back on it it was a massive mistake, but we just didn't know how to tell you guys or how you'd react as it was so soon after the whole Zane... incident." He started to explain. "But I want you to know: I love her. More then anything and I'd never hurt her. I couldn't. And yeah, she's pregnant now. But I'm not going to run off, I'm going to stay and I'm going to support them as best I can. So please, forgive us for not saying sooner. I promise from now on there won't be secrets."

 

"But you two havent even started working yet...not properly...and Lyra...two children before your 25? your having children so young..."

"I am old enough for this mother...need I remind you , you were 19 when I was born? you were 20 when Jordan was born...so dont start about being too young."Lyra said snippily"I want the baby...Casey wants the baby....I love him.....we'll be fine...we'll manage."

 

"I'll find a part time job too if that's what you want." Casey said.

 

"You dont have to!"

"I dont know Casey....Im a little shocked that you and Lyra.....you'd best speak to Conni about that."Lily was surpisingly calmer than Lewis...for once,though she did seem to be in shock

 

Casey sighed and nodded. "Okay."

 

"You should have told us straight away though...it might have been ....easier..."

 

"Sorry..." Casey apologised, bowing his head slightly.
