Senate Passes Surveilance Bill

Have you ever heard of a "set-up" when you hear one. Congress today are a group of canniveing(Sp?) men and women who know exactly how to ruin something they want to ruin. They know "hand somebody enough power, and they eventually abuse it," they do that every day themselves.

I say Congress "are" because not everyone is corrupt, but the uncorrupt is always outvoted by the corrupt. But yet most of them are of the same party.
