It's like a dropped call.
Click go back then click on where you want to go again.

Quality requires money, unfortunately.

 

It happens when the server is overloaded with users, or when traffic is high. The higher the traffic, the more errors you will get. I'm currently in the process of getting a new server, this problem should be fixed with the release of KHV3.0.

 

Does that mean we have to move again?

I've experienced server moves on other forums, the database for the most part stays intact. I wouldn't worry about it.
