I sold both COM and Re: CoM a while ago.

Should I move on to KHII, or obtain Re: COM by less than legimate methods?

I don't have the GBA version on my computer. And I don't feel like going out to download it because my ISP has my family on their watch list.

It's a very tiny file and guess what? Absolutely no one gets prosecuted over GBA ROMS. Ever.

Also, aren't you implying that you'll download the PS2 version instead...?

I was downloading a Linux distro via torrent and they thought it was something illegal.

If you get it off a trustworthy website, it should be a small, small file that would be really hard to trace or too bothersome to deal with. I'd know, I am too.

I've decided not to take any chances. I've even bought legally most of the games that I had on my PSP as ISOs.
It's not just about getting prosecuted, it's about getting caught at all. If they see any of our computers downloading any unlicensed copyrighted material, we'll get shut down and have to find a new ISP.

And I don't want to download anything that might get us shut down permanently.

I do still have that beta copy of Re: CoM, though. It has fully English text, a debug menu that could potentially be used to cheat, some missing cutscenes, and a few cutscenes that hadn't been dubbed into English by the time it was sold to the guy who ripped and uploaded it to the internet. Should I go for it?

Only if you really want to.

It doesn't matter if you get caught, is the thing, you could have a good argument with them about it and humiliate them over bothering you for Linux by itself.

It might be time to switch ISPs.

I wouldn't go for it, Gommu. I don't really care if it's just a small thing.

But it's your decision, I don't want you to get caught heh.

Get COM. It's better than Re:COM in my opinion.

    8. It was released in 2004. KH2 was released in 2005. And Gommu, I'd skip it. COM is just a bad game overall. But if you absolutely need it, go for the Beta Version. or a torrent. The latter is easier.

I decided to just skip to Days, which I forgot about until just a few minutes ago. Then KH2, then Re: Coded. While I'm playing those, I'll be working on finding COM at a used game store.
