So, I decided to replay Final Fantasy IX.

Tactics Advance was cool. I played it before the first Tactics so I was able to appreciate it for what it was.

Not to say the original Tactics isn't way better, of course.

Been wanting to play IX for a while, but I probably have enough games i need to finish. I just started Xenogears like a week ago. :x

 

Oh, god. I love this post. That game is the only game I've played and passed around 10 times. I just see it and get the urge. It can easily be the best GBA game ever. I love the sprites.

Not for life. Just until I can find a girl that can appreciate a guy who:
Offers to pay rather than just assuming she won't want to.
Can bake.
Snowboards.
Can stand temperatures of less than 0 degrees Celsius wearing only a wet bathing suit.
Likes classical music.
Is able to understand that RPG video games have deeper meaning than just "Kill the bad guy, save world, beat the secret superboss."
Knows the difference between a Red weapon and Blue weapon as far the kinds of damage they can deal in Dagorhir.
Is able to keep trying to get better despite getting killed in the first few seconds of most every Chaos battle.
And is handy with a javelin during a Coke vs Pepsi battle.

Guys like that are very rare where I live, and girls who like them are even rarer.

 

These things are all strange, but also awsome.

Yup. Too bad all the girls at my school are all stuck up and think to be worth dating a guy has to play some kind of team sport. Only bad thing about getting a full scholarship to one of the best private schools in the state.
