Livestreams that aren't official tend to have illegal content.

 

We're fine with them as long as it doesn't get excessive and you're not streaming illegal/inappropriate content, if I recall correctly.

Basically what happened last time, if you were around for that--every third thread was a link to someone's livestream, it seemed. :l Occasional livestreams are fine, but when it's all that's ever posted, it gets grating to see eleven people streaming Pokemon the Movie in a week's time span.
