So I've been giving this idea some hard thought...

WARNING TO DUMBASSES: THIS THREAD IS SERIOUS.

And I've come to the point to where I must ask a question: Why do so many people want to be staff?

Over my time being here, I've seen members whine, flame, etc. about being staff (and being rejected).

But lets face it people: when it comes down to what staff do, I'd rather respect them for doing a job no one else wants to do: being "e-janitors."

Yes.
Janitors.

Basically they're jobs are to clean the place up when it gets dirty or messy (dealing with trolls and closing threads) and generally make the place look nice (upgrading)

Now dont get me wrong, I love the staff (lol not like that) a lot of them I'm on good terms with and a few are my friends. I just wanted to put the idea out there for all those noobs who do flame and such for wanting to be staff.

I've come to find this goes for premiumness as well. Although if premiums were a job in the real world, we wouldnt get any jobs and rather a shiny badge that the normies didnt have.

No, I meant the news in this post. As in, this is old dude :P We have plenty of people who send in apps for the status of staff, hell we have about three-four stafferz that are on the staff for the sake of being staff.

It just goes to show, if you want to end a war really, really fast, just drop two atomic bombs on your enemy.

Though the results in the long term are not good for either side. One side receives fallout and radiation while the other receives weaboos.
