So Metacritic gave Watchmen a 49/100

Though...I am not able to even see it because it's sold out everywhere.

I always knew it probably wouldn't be "absolutely amazing" (considering its coming out in March) but whatever, I'll probably end up seeing it anyway.

 

The acting will suck and the action will be amazing.

 

I haven't seen a critic review anything well in a while. Maybe I shouldn't pick up my details from the crap I come across on BBC1.

 

Well the thing is Metacritic takes a bunch of reviews and averages the ratings...

a 49 average of about 15 reviews? People couldnt have said too many good things...

I am thoroughly pissed off.


Also, Rotten Tomatoes has given it a 65%.

 

What if the movie sucks and is just a great graphics breath taker but ..yeah? We don't know that yet. However, I've been known to think some movies are awesome whether critics love them or not...and known to hate a few movies critics adored. I will still go watch it. Then rant here more.

 

It looks too intense to be a superhero movie... At least, I think superheroes are meant for kids. 'The Dark Knight' was amazing, but I didn't like it as much as 'Spider-Man 3'.

 

I'm sure it was just one of those super-religious nuts who seem to think life should revolve around religion no matter what.Chances are that this guy probably hates the idea of dr. manhattan, a god amoung men.

 

True, I guess it's your typical "You can't make a movie out of this much stuff" type of thing, I think it'll be like this again when DBE comes around.

 

It's not a superhero movie.
