    This is because the add-on has been disabled. The developer hasn't maintained it since about 2014-2015, so it's been disabled as to prevent other issues from cropping up with the site & it's other add-ons (it was throwing errors with other ones back before it got disabled).

    Ah, okay! Strange, though. If it's disabled, then the link shouldn't be appearing, either.
