Oh my god the same thing happened to me. The bell rang we got to our lockers and then it alarmed and everyone was all stuned because no one ever thought of the chances of a fire right when we were leaving. I took my stuff quickly and then we all had to get out. The next day our teacher told us how bad it was that the person who did it was obviously not thinking becuase she told us "if you think about it imagine the people that are handicaped, they cant go to the elevators because it's a fire, and that some people's stuff were robbed too for the people who just left their books on the ground or left their lockers open." So yeah. Nothing of mine's got stolen but I fell sorry for the handicap people and the people whose stuff did.

We now have these ominous black gates all around the school. Black. The school's painted yellow.
And we also have emergency drills, meaning I get to carry a "supply bin" to the gym, and it has things like crackers and water in it. Plus an almost microscopic First Aid kit. -_-
I'm so happy I'm getting out of there this year. No more craziness.
...and I'll be back next year, eating my words. xD

Why didn't you all just go home anyways? The teachers can't physically stop you. That's happened to us before, and I was like, "schools over. I don't give a rats ***" and went home o_O If it were during class though, I'd gladly go outside to the ashpark, line up in register classes and try and stay out as long as possible. Ha ;)

the offender will probably get some type of punishment...

at my school we got 6 bomb threats last year...they charged every kid who did them with criminal offenses...most of the people who did it were in 6th grade...isnt that pathetic?
