She clungs to her brother as she slips into unconsciousness.

 

He cradled her in his arms.

 

Her grip loosens.
She rests her head on his back.

 

He turned into his normal form and picked her up.

 

She mewed cutely in his arms.

 

He kissed her head.

 

She snuggles close to him.

 

He wrapped his tentacles around her.

 

She turns back into her original form, not minding tentacles around her. "I missed you, honey."

 

He kissed her forehead.

 

She smiles. "What do you want to do now?"

 

He shrugged.

 

"Should we attempt another try between Jericho and Sephana?"

 

"It probably won't work."

 

"Why's that?"

 

"The Crescent family is stubborn."

 

"We gave them time and space. It should be enough for one of them to give in."

 

"But if the other doesn't..."

 

"Then we will keep on doing this until there's nothing left."
