"No, but she is going back."

 

She giggled softly as it wiggled in her mouth. "I'll put a barrier around it once we get in. How did she get out anyway? She's supposed to be sealed there."

 

"Sephana is in charge of those details."

 

He walked in the room and waited for Garnet to enter before locking and putting a barrier around the door.

 

"If the threat is a pyromaniac, what should we look for?"

 

"Burn marks, ash, any sign of a fire."

 

She illuminated the area.

 

He sniffed around in case there was smoke lingering.

 

"Smells like another horrible scent."

 

"I'm used to it."

 

"More like newborn male."

 

"Then we know he's here." He poked his head under the bed to see if he was there.

 

She began hitting the walls.

 

"You know Orochi used to smell this way too, right?" He asked as he checked the closet.

 

"No, Jericho was my first since I'm your second."

 

He scratched his head in annoyance. "Where is that blasted child?"

 

She opens the curtains to find a burnt hole. "He was here."

 

"Was' being the operative word." He phased himself through the wall and scanned below him.

 

"When you built this, are there any vents?"

 

"No, I didn't see a need for them."
