He wrapped an arm across her chest, pinning her arms to her body. "Calm down." He said soothingly.

 

She rests her head on his shoulder. "That is a foolish move."

 

"Love makes people do stupid things."

 

"Mom called you crazy. And I don't think that's the last time we'll see him."

 

He rested his head on hers. "Ugh, I'm still tired from that."

 

"That stunt of yours now made our whole family homeless." She said scoldingly.

 

"Easy enough to fix once I get my strength back."

 

"Alright." She curls into a ball then falls fast asleep.

 

He put his ring back on before curling up around her. "Want to bring Cloud back now?"

 

He shrugs. "It is up to Mei and Tala. They care more than I do."

 

"I don't think they even knew he died."

 

"Oh, I bet Mei knew."

 

"Knowing their relationship with him, I'm sure they would want him back."

 

He places light blue materia in his pocket. "I will if they ask for it."

 

"Mei, Tala, do you want Cloud back?"

 

She lifts her head then looks for the voice.
"Only on one condition, Zack and Sephiroth can't beat up my father."

 

"Is that fine with you, Zack?"

 

"Of course that's not fine!"

 

"She never said anything about Seph." She said mischievously with a playful wink.

 

He nodded as he hands materia to Jenova.
