"By paying with my soul." She pets his head. "There's no way I'll go there."

 

He let out a squeak of joy and nuzzled her hand.

 

"How am I supposed to tell what you look like?"

 

"Like a little white blob with a tail that's half as big as a watermelon and little wings in the average place of ears."

 

"That's cute, dear."

 

"It's the form I thought of first that would conserve my energy by slithering rather than walking and is cute enough that you wouldn't kill me on sight."

 

She mentally clears her throat.
He found another prey.

 

"What is it?"

 

"Don't you think latter is impossible since we both know I can't see?"

 

"I didn't know you were blind when I went up to you in this form."

 

He bit into his prey.
"That's true, I was sleeping."

 

"Why were you so attached to Mother?"

 

"She's the closest person I can think of if you ever disappear from me."

 

He nuzzled her face.

 

She returns it back.
He teleports his victim to Orochi's family.

 

He squeaked happily. He cut it into three pieces before giving one of each to each pup.

 

She places her finger over his lips.
She places a paw on one of them before tearing it with her teeth.
