Sora's Darkness V3

He picked her up and nuzzled her head. "Hello sweetie." He sat down in one of two chairs in front of the principal's desk with Garnet in his lap.

 

"Age, make-up an appropriate birthday, nonmagical skills, and some other that I don't know."

 

"How am I supposed to know what year it is on this planet?"

 

"Just explain that she excells in that grade level."

 

"We believe that Garnet is more knowledgeable than the other students in her grade level. We have been teaching her at home before we put her in this school and she has excelled in all subjects, particularly astronomy."

 

She nods in agreement. "I love animals too."
"Could you please skip grades for her?"

 

Sounds like me.

"He's asking how many grades."

 

"She should be in fourth or fifth grade by now."

 

He smirked under his hood. "Don't worry, she can handle herself against any bullies that might bother her."

 

"Papa!" She whines. "Was it neccessary to tell them that?"

 

"The other students in this grade will be about four years or so older than you, so they'll probably tease you about your size."

 

"Ok, should I do sadistic stuff on them?"
"No, you would get expelled for weapons in your possession."

 

"Though you might be able to do mental things to them. It's not like they'll know you did it."

 

"Ok, I'll stay here in school until construction is complete, dad." "I'll do my best."

 

"You'll start your first day of fifth grade tomorrow, okay?"

 

She hugs her father tightly. "Thank you papa!"

 

He hugged her back. "Want to finish up the day here or come back with us?"

 

"I wanna go back home."
"That's fine. I'm taking a part-time job."

 

He put Garnet on his shoulders and walked out of the room.

 

She ducks more than neccessary because of her father's height.
She wraps an arm around his. "See you later." "Apparently that mortal is a customer."
