He came back in a few moments. "I found his soul plus another one that's interesting. It smells almost just like you did before our blood transfusion."

 

She wraps her nightrobe around her. "You should've left the latter one where you found it. He's only bad news."

 

He shook his head. "It's female."

 

She rolls her eyes. "Fine, do what you want."

 

"I believe it is your mother." He said as he handed Sora's soul to her with a tentacle.

 

She takes Sora's soul then stores in one of her pockets. "What does she look like? Does she have grey eyes?"

 

He nodded. "Just like you had so long ago."

 

She smirks playfully. "What do you mean?"

 

He smiled warmly. "When you were just a mischievous child yourself."

 

She vanishes.

 

"Where'd you go? You shouldn't be teleporting."

 

She teleports behind her husband with chocolate strands covering her face. "Changing to more casual."

 

He caressed her cheek. "You shouldn't alter your appearance just for her. If she truly loves you, she won't care what you look like."

 

"No, I have to or she won't recognize me as her daughter. I don't think she knows I exist."

 

He started making a body for his wife's mother. "I'll be going back to our room once she's alive so you can spend time with her. I'll just get in the way."

 

She bursts into tears and runs away.

 

He followed her. "I won't be leaving you, just giving you some alone time with her. I'm still tired too. Besides, shouldn't we ease all of this on her slowly instead of all at once?"

 

"I can't do this alone. I'm afraid I'll screw up!"
