"Soon." He wrapped a tentacle around Sora's neck. "This is your doing, isn't it?"

 

"I didn't lay a finger on your wife."

 

He hauled him off and chained him up next to Cloud while holding his wife close in one arm.

 

"Make the pain stop..."
She places a wall in between of them.

 

He hugged her comfortingly. "Puppet, inform me if he does anything funny and there might just be a little reward for you."

 

"I'll carry out your wishes, my master."
He glares at him. "Traitor."
"You can have my room while I look after big sis."

 

"Don't overexert yourself. You can always sleep in your room while I figure out what's wrong with her." He summoned his trenchcoat and draped it over Luana before heading to his youngest child's room with her.

 

"How long have my mom been like this? She's worried and afraid a lot more than Oro."

 

"It must have happened sometime after we left her."

 

She climbs down to walk beside her father. "Should I lock my room papa?"

 

"I'll lock it once we get settled down, but you'll be able to unlock it."

 

"Good. With Sora around, he's making me uneasy."

 

He gently sat her down on the bed and sat down next to her.

 

"The only thing I don't understand is that he changed the tide while we were gone."

 

"He has a habit of doing that." He said as he massaged Luana's stomach.

 

"Ooooh..." she turns her head to her husband, "that feels good..."
"Master, he's targeting the chocobos with his mind."

 

He put a shield around Sora's mind that blocked his mental powers as he applied more pressure. He gently patted Cloud's mind. "Good pet. I'll reward you once Luana is better."

 

She shudders, listening to her mother. "Is mom ok?" She asks slowly.

 

"Yeah, she just acts like that when she's really happy." "The child's hurting you?"

 

"What is there to be happy about?"
"No, we're fine. I'm surprised it still lives from my blood loss."
