He put her soul into her body.

 

She opens her eyes. "Who is it going to be papa? Ocean, Zack, Kyra, Chaos, or Mei?"

 

"Jenova and Lucrecia are both options too. I'll let you decide if you want to."

 

She shook her head. "I considered them as part of your clan since you are their son and I don't want to decide."

 

"Does anyone want to be Sephana's blood-mother or father?" He called out to the ones chosen. "Not really since I already have a child on the way." "I will if I must."

 

"Raja doesn't like her and I'm sure Orochi thinks we have enough for a family."
"I'll speak up for Kyra and say she declines."
"I'm already in hot water with Seph but I'm alright if he wants a niece."
She turns her head to Sephiroth and tilts her head.

 

"Looks like it'll be Ocean."

 

She opens a jenovian portal to Ocean.
He gives Blossom to Orochi. "Take care of her."

 

He cradled her in his arms. She gently bit open Sephana's hand before placing her already bleeding paw on it.

 

She winces but holds her hand still with her other.
"Now are you happy? I'm not tied to anything from you."

 

He blocked mental contact from him.

 

"Jenova, this is getting irritating. Am I supposed to 'give him time' again?!"
She erases all her memories as the blood shifts her into a dragon.

 

"Nope. He's completely gone from your grasp this time."

 

He teleports to Sephana and tears his palm that was made to aim at Seph and bit gently on her other hand. "I'll be your blood father then."
She nodded from exhaustion and rests on her mother.

 

"See what I meant when I said no one cares about me?"

 

"Some things I did in the past was to protect you. I'm willing to go back to you and you repaid me by cutting me off."
