Sora's Darkness

He places a hand on the sphere and unlike last time when Maleficent touched it, the darkness spreads all over it. He didn't see Riku coming and is knocked unconscious.

 

riku could sense the cornerstone becoming darkness.'i could kill you right now sora. but i dont like to kick a man when he's down' he thought. "we need to get out of here" he told kairi. he grabbed her arm and ran to the 'thrown room'. "one of you open a portal to..............i dont care where. sora just turned the cornerstone into darkness.i know its ok for most of you but its not for kairi and i." he told them

 

"In other words, you want us to help you two escape from the cornerstone." He opens a portal to the Pride Lands. "You two will be in a safe distance but still watch out for Heartless."

 

"yea thats about it. thanks." he and kairi ran into the portal.

"If you want me to change it back, that will take weeks." He told Riku as he walks down to the familiar yet eerie feeling. The cornerstone is barely hanging on to light and soon it will diminish. "With Sephiroth's help it will take more than half than what I could do."

 

"its to far gone to go back to light"he said to cloud. him and kairi sat down in a cave. 'the king will chew me a new one when he finds out i meant for sora to go into the hall of the cornerstone' he thought

 

"I heard you." He inspects Sora that remains unconscious. "All I can do is postpone your battle for a while." Cloud put a sleeping spell on Sora. "In the meantime, I'll do what I can to absorb it."

riku and kairi r in pride lands, and everybody els is in the king castle


"thanks but i already told you, its to far into the darkness to go back to light" he said to cloud

"Well I'll try anyway!" Touching its cold surface, he wills the darkness into him. As the process continues, it becomes harder and he didn't even cover a fourth of it.

He teleported to The hall of the Cornerstone and helped Cloud absorb the darkness.

He fell on the floor from exhaustion. "Don't worry. I meddle Saxor and Sora's mind too much so I am fully aware when I'll lose myself."

 

"good" he said to cloud

 

He turns his weary eyes to the one who brought calamity. "Your ex-friend doesn't have a single happy thought anymore. That's sad for a boy who used to be cheerful all the time."

 

"thats what darkness of that power does"

 

"Are you alright Cloud?" He asked while still absorbing darkness from the cornerstone.
