Sora's Darkness

"looks like soras givin you a hard time, eh mate?" *breath*

 

He shakes his fist out of helplessness. Cloud tosses a Hi-Potion for Luxord. "Good luck on this assignment." He said sarcastically.

 

*catches potion* ??? "what are you talkin about, mate?"

 

He points to Sora who is struggling from Sephiroth's grip. "He doesn't like anyone going near or touch him. Sephiroth so happens to be quicker than him."

 

He tightens his unnaturally cold undead grip. "I'm not going to hurt you, so calm down and stop struggling."

 

"soooooo... what do you want me to do about it?"

 

He wanted to believe the voice and just when he was going to settle down, an image pops into his head when the figure tightens then he throws a tantrum, shouting, "Liar!" He averts his gaze as tears welled up. "No one..." He whispers lowly.
"Help Sephiroth. Remember when we put electric bonds on him so he can fear us? It turns out much worse than that after whatever Demon King did. I can't get near him, but I can sense he's losing companionship with people."

 

He collapsed on the ground in a kneeling position as a tremor shook through his body. He clutched one hand on his stomach while keeping the other securely holding Sora. He looked up to him with eyes that showed barely restrained hunger. "Calm down lest you want me to bite you. Your quickening heartbeat is making me hungry."

 

He blinks in surprise then finally settles down. "Just promise me you won't do that again." He still didn't meet his gaze.

 

What are you doing here this early?

"Do what again?"

 

Reading World History with the computer light so I can cover most of it. Hey, I think I know how Square got Turks! It's in here right now!
"Your grip." He replies.
"Looks like a part of him still respects you or he doesn't want to be bitten."

 

They use a lot of history references, don't they? I think I heard about the Turks in history before, but I can't remember anything about them. Aren't they from Russia or Germany or something?

"I don't blame him."

 

Between 11th to 13th century, two different Turks conquered Constantinople. An Empire said to be the Roman successor. I guess it is near Black Sea.
"I'm-I'm scared. He will do that again." The memory is fresh and tears still flow freely.

 

A few weeks ago in Social Studies, we were studying the area around Constantinople. It's near Italy. I'm just working on my project for the science fair at school. I have to write a 7 page report on it.

"What are you scared about my grip for?"

 

He shakes his head. Just a mere thought of Demon King made him see the event again and again. "S-Stay away from me!" His eyes widen in fear as he is hallucinating the fiend is in the figure's place.

 

"Great. Now he's hallucinating."

 

"We can't continue like this. He calmed down when he was listening to your voice." He slowly approaches them.
He kept on tugging from him. "No one will..."

 

"Just calm down, Sora." He said in a comforting, silky voice.

 

He finally turns his head to the owner of the voice and the veil has been lifted. "Sephiroth..." He turns his head to Cloud then looks at the ground.

 

*looks on* "Poor little chap..."
