He nods in agreement. "Energetic and restless. Are you making her do any laps?"

 

"No. The last time I made someone do laps was when Angeal gave Zack to me to train since he wasn't making any progress with him."

 

She runs outside to run around the castle fifteen times.
"She has to burn some excess energy."

 

"She may be shy, but she sure is hyper!"

 

"That's because she's living with two-legged creatures. If Orochi could transform then she has a playmate."

 

"I could probably learn how."

 

She comes back into her dad's room. "That would be great!"

 

The storm that came through my area at around 6 a.m. had around sixty mph winds.

"Done already?"

 

"Yep. Is it true Orochi would try to be a wolf?"

 

He wrapped his arms around her neck. "Uh-huh."

 

Mei nuzzles him. "Ok, will yourself into one. The changes to your body are natural in transformation."

 

He transformed into a black wolf with a bloodred underbelly and a patch of overgrown silver fur on his head that went down to his chin and was partially obscuring his vision.

 

She nudges some behind his ear. "Aren't these bothering you?"

 

"Not really."

 

"You know...you look cuter."

 

He blew some of his hair out of his vision.

 

She nips his ear then tugs it closer to the ground.
"Play nice, alright Mei?"

 

He playfully pounced at her.

 

She still holds on to his ear.

 

He tugged on her paw with his mouth while making playful growls.
