Sora's Darkness

She clings onto his trenchcoat. "When? Why?!"

 

He pried her off him. "I don't know."

 

"It was either that or being a drunkard. I get to finally meet you at last."
She thought she saw a boy that looks like him then hides behind her father. "Who is he and why does he look like Eberhart?" She hissed in Jenovian.

 

"That's just Zack and why are you going to me for protection?"

 

"I still don't trust him and I can't count on Orochi or Cloud. I want him out of here, father."

 

"And yet you can count on me?"

 

She nods her head.
"Mind filling me in here?"

 

"She wants you out of here." "Mei is really nice. I think you would like her if you give her a chance."

 

"Ohh. It is that boy." He reaches out a hand to her.
"They took Cloud away from me." She said venomously as she backs out farther away from Zack. "Do you really expect I will treat her like my own?"

 

"You were just using him anyway. She acts more like a dog than a wolf."

 

"It is born as a wolf, it will die as a wolf. Why should I give it a chance anyway? It is a whole lot better if it--"
"dies." He finishes with his sword pointing towards Zack's neck. "Get to know her first, mom."
She punches her son.

 

He grabbed her fist before it got to him. "Cut it out."

 

"I'm only hearing bad news and you ruined my happiness." She uses her other arm to punch him again.
He dodges it easily. "Leave, Zack."
He shakes his head. "Women's tears are the best part of the show."
"Your face alone is breaking her down."

 

She crossed her arms across her chest and snarled at Zack as though he just insulted all women.

 

He takes the young one's advice then leaves.
He lowers his weapon.
She tries to hit her son again while her other arm is held back by Sephiroth's grip.

 

He grabbed her other arm.

 

She growls lowly.
"I smell something funny, want to check it out?"

 

"Sure." He said as he woke up and put a bookmark in the book.

 

She gets off of him and then hops off the bed to open the door.
"Tell me five good news while I'm gone or I'll break free." She said in a dangerous tone.

 

"Orochi learned how to transform, Allison had a chick, Cloud is now permanently under my control. That's all I can think of at the moment." He follows her after putting the book on the nightstand.
