"'A'." She repeats. "Kind of like in Malik's name."
"She doesn't have a future. My father is a puppet for all eternity, you guys divorced two hundred years ago, her two children hates her, a man who looks like a boy from her memories, and a wolf she abhors the most. What is there left of her?"

 

"And there's a 'B'," he said as he pointed to it,"kind of like in blueberries." He shrugged again.

 

"I don't like Zack. Would you give my mom to him even though she's scared of him?"
"'B'." She repeats again. "And my favorite meal, blood."

 

"If she continues to act this way then yes." "Mine too." He said as he scratched behind her ears with one of his fangs sticking out from under his lip.

 

"She'll keep on doing that as long as Mei is here."
She mentally giggles from the scratching behind her ears as she wags her tail happily. "What? You want to hunt?"

 

"Yeah, I'm getting a little hungry." He said as he stood up.

 

"Let's see who is a better hunter, you or me? You choose the form."

 

"It doesn't matter." He said as he put the book down on a table.

 

"Let's hunt as jaguars." She declares. "If I win, you are sleeping on the floor."

 

"Fine." He said as he transformed into a jaguar that was colored similar to his wolf form.

 

She transforms herself into one with her ears rounded a bit. "And if you win?"

 

"You have to bring me meals for a week."

 

She raises an eyebrow. "I can do that easily. Put the stakes higher, Orochi."
"Should I take her to him?"

 

"Fine." "I can't think of anything else."

 

"There has to be something you wanted badly."
He heads out the door to pick up his unconscious mom. "Which room is he in?"

 

"Your brother's in the library if that's who you're asking about." "Not really."

 

"No, Zack. He keeps on wandering so much that it is driving my senses crazy."
"Fine, two weeks and an alien's."

 

"I don't know." "That's fine."

 

She teleports herself and Orochi to a jungle. "How are we supposed to keep track?"
"You called?"
"Grandpa and I are letting you have mom."
He carries her bridal style. "Any rules Sephiroth?"

 

"Why would there be?" "We can tell each other when we catch something mentally."
