Sora's Darkness

"You know I'm right." Hades said to Sephiroth before disappearing in a black puff of smoke. "Damn coward get back here!" He slowly regained consciousness. "What happened?"

 

"Your dad came, saying something about Jenova and you tried to aide your dad against Hades but he knocked you out." She turns her head. "Then he ran away." She said as she helps him to his feet.

 

He paced back and forth while snarling and nearly foaming at the mouth.

 

"What does he want from Jenova?" She asks her trainer.

 

"He didn't say he wanted anything with her."

 

"Then what is he interested in?"

 

"He was trying to get me to fight again."

 

"You fought plenty of times at home. How is this different?"

 

"He was obviously dealing with me." He said as he twitched nervously.

 

She snorts. Mei knew dealing with the devil is always one-sided deal as she had the experience over here. She removes herself from her master's side as she claws the walls.

 

He continued pacing as he muttered to himself.

 

"Orochi, want to quit or finish this?"

 

"My dad still seems bothered by something."

 

She watches him pacing. "How long do you think until we can have our decision?"

 

"It's probably about what Hades whispered to him."

 

"I want to fight but it might put Sephiroth in a dangerous situation." She lies down with her tail brushing against Orochi's leg and her nose points to his side.

 

"I wonder what he said to him." "Dad, you all right?" He mumbled something.

 

"Tell us the deal that has to do with you fighting."

 

"He said that if I fight then Jenova will be safe." He snorted. "He doesn't know who he's dealing with. I just can't get the thing he whispered to me out of my head!"

 

She tilts her head. She knew Jenova can handle herself so why does it seem like she's the damesel in distress? "What else did he say?"
