"He couldn't stand all of his bad memories so he used all of his power to destroy everything in him that isn't considered human while also destroying a whole galaxy in the process. He's...normal now." She said as she turned her back towards them and sniffed sadly.

 

"I don't mind as long as he loves me."
"What about home and Stripe?"

 

"They're both fine." She said in a depressed tone as she coiled herself up.

 

"Sora told me the next child will be blind for life and won't inherit any vampire genes. How does that sound? You can be its adopted mother."

 

"I want my own child back." She said through her tears.

 

"It is his decision who he loves. Cells don't have to be everything, right?"

 

"He wanted to be normal and I'm a freak! Who do you think he'll love?!"

 

He wraps his arms and tentacles around her comfortingly. "You're not the only freak. Ever heard of transformation, kaa-san?"
"I loved him when I was normal baby and he was a freak. Hopefully it will turn out like that." She slips her pinky into his small hand.

 

Her muscles tightened at his embrace and she only cried harder. His hand closed around her finger in his sleep with the strength of a normal child.

 

She smiles then kisses him on the forehead.
He rubs her back. "Let them all out." He said soothingly.

 

She continued crying into her scales. He opened his eyes which were brown with human pupils and looked up at her.

 

He wipes her tears with his thumb. "Don't you want him to be happy? You still can take care of him."
"Hello Sephiroth." She said as she smiles. Luana makes sure her wings are covered.

 

"Your mother is the one who took him away from me, and I will have my revenge soon enough." She said in a whisper. "Sephiroth? That's a funny name."

 

"Tell that to the woman who brought you here, honey."
"I always betray her. This will be no different."

 

"And who would that be?"

 

She shows him to Jenova. "She's the one who takes care of you, Seph."

 

"I don't like her, she's scary." He whispered into her ear. She heard the whisper and teleported to her and her ex-son's room then let out a cry of mourning that could be heard throughout the whole castle before sobbing into a pillow. "Kaa-san sounds so sad." Kadaj said as he walked up to Cloud.

 

She flies towards home. "That's alright. She's nice once you get to know her. In fact, she loves you."
He teleports to Jenova. "Want Kadaj now?"
"What can we do to help her?"

 

"She's still scary." She lashed out a tentacle at Malik. "Just leave me be." She said in a muffled voice. "I'm not sure."

 

"Are you hungry?"
"You need help before you can slither on your own."
