Hey, as you can tell from my last survey, running all this can be quite time consuming, and even decline the overall experience when I can't get things accomplished. As such, I've decided to promote a few players to SOS Moderators. These players won't get any special treatment as they will only be there to assist with community and roleplay related things. Their responsibilities will be as follows; Updating Wiki pages when things are learned Hosting Movie Nights Helping with community events Helping with Arena battles Keeping groups focused on missions Alerting me to any feuds among players Alerting me when I screw up And more... probably... With that said, I'm hoping to promote 3 players to help me out in making the experience great. In this thread, you will see a poll with eligible applicants. Vote for the 3 you think can help run things smoothly. (You are allowed multiple votes, but I ask you only vote 3) Be sure to post the 3 you voted for and why they are good choices!
First off, I voted for Base. This is because he is a clearly responsible person, who is very neat in the execution of his writings. He also generally seems to understand what's going on in the rp allot, even if he doesn't look at every post. Of course, He doesn't always have an abundance of free time. Which is why I would suggest Kel and Eon. They normally have more time available to them than base, and also have a firm grasp on the goings on of SOS. Though they are still busy, I am sure between the three of them they would do a good job.
I voted for Base, Beuce, and Kel, because I think they would each do an excellent job at moderating. I need to put more? Geez. Fiiiiiiine. I voted for the three I mentioned for similar reasons as each other. While they don't seem to post extremely frequently, they do seem to have a good grasp on the concept and mechanics of the rp, and I have faith that all three of them would be moderators that would do their job as well as be respected moderators. That is why I voted for them.
I voted for Base, Glen, and myself (if I can do that) Base is an obvious choice for me because he's very responsible and already helps as much as he can with the RP. Glen because...well I just think he'd be good for the position. Call it intuition if you will and myself because I have plenty of free time for it and would be able to be dedicated to it.
I voted Cat and Ananta. They know how to run stuff, don't let people walk all over them-I WILL WATCH YOU BURN-they're really great, and they're very responsible ^.^ They also don't pressure you when it's time to post, and are marvelous at reminding people. Yes, they are close friends, but that's not good reason to vote for them at all! Also, apologies for my burn outburst. I should really talk to someone about these thoughts I'm having.
I voted for general choice Kel as he is one of the longest-standing KHSOS member who does not already have an authoritative position. I voted for Karina due to her mature and matronly influence on the rest of us when we get a little wild. I did mean to vote for Ananta; the Cats messed me up. No offense, Cat. Taycat's matter-of-fact manner of dealing with issues might need to be subdued slightly if given mod status, but it will also do her well to possess the confidence to state what is said.
Voted for Sebax, Myst and Moshka for many of the aforementioned reasons. None taken at all. Actually, things are getting pretty busy on my end, so this wouldn't be a very good time for me to be bumped up anyway.
I voted for Base, Kel, and Karina. I believe that those three would do an excellent job as moderators because of responsible they are even if they don't have too much free time on their hands. They always manage to do an excellent job. ^__^
Heads up on this, your Moderators have been decided; Congratulations to Ananta, Base and Kel for their individual efforts and experience. These three will assist me in helping the roleplay run more smoothly. If need be, I will hire more help on board.
