Soul Eater- A Witch's Academy is on the Rise?

Noticing the sob, Stein stood up and looked over at the direction it was coming from. He closed his eyes and adjusted his glasses which reflected the light they barely had. "I want you guys to get out of here. I will investigate the sound" Stein said as he began to walk towards the area "It could be a trap but I am ready for it. If I don't come back after a while then leave without me Its the least I can do since I failed to protect Zoey and Koji" Stein said in a serious tone as he walked away from the group

Kid immediately began to run to the other of the street which was towards the building Nox jumped off of. As he ran he fired his twin guns at Nox "how despicable. You should use two guns like me instead of one" Kid yelled as he fired. Once he noticed her crouching down he immediately fired a bullet at her with one gun and prepared his second for when she dodged

 

Fae sat still in the auditorium, watching the meisters get togethor with their fated weapons. She walked out, curious as to what to still do. 'I've been doing this a lot lately...' she thought with distaste. Walking to the outside of the DWMA, she watching for any passerby. "Hmmm... Seems clear." She gulped, nervous. "Soul Protect- Release!" She shifted into a black bird, the earring on her neck. She took to the sky, heading to the window to spy on Lord Death. 'I'm so dead.'

"Hahahaha! How thrilling! I haven't had such fun a long while." Nox laughed as she dodged the bullets by dropping down quickly from the roof and out of sight for now. Before she dropped, she fired her last two shots at Kid before reloading in cover. "As for why I only use one, it's because I prefer to be more precise as well as accurate than firing powerful rounds uselessly without steady aim." When she had finished, she got up and seeing that this building had a window in the front and back, she fired a more calculated shot at Kid through one window and out the other. This battle was starting to become a real Western shootout. All the better with no distractions from pesky townspeople. My, how tasty they were. Nox remembered as she licked her lips. And oh how delightful their screams were....hahahahahaha.... she grinned in a crazy way looking forward to how this would end. If she reaped even one of the kids in this group, she would be all powerful as well as complete. All would bow in her power and wrath. No one would dare defy her. It will be hers. The shinigami's soul.

 

Kid jumped back from the two bullets and looked back up at the roof top, but to his surprise Nox was not their anymore. Kid gripped his guns and scouted the area, keeping a sharp eye out for the crazed woman. The moment he heard the shattering of glass he immediately jumped to the side and faced the direction the bullet came from. Without hesitating he immediately fired his guns, shooting threw the building and at his target

Seth looked ahead at the shoot out "Drake" Seth calmly said. The silent Drake merely nodded at the sound of his name being called out, as if Seth had said some sort of command to him. The two proceeded to run separate ways and into different alleys

 

Nox ducked back away from the window and back into cover. Then after a time, she peeked through the window a little and fired a few more shots before quickly ducking back. There's no way she would die at the hands of a useless death god. I didn't quite realize he would have this much skill. And with two Weapons no less. How funny it would be if I were the one to defeat him. Me, a lowly soul defeat a death god! Ha! But the thought pleased her as she grinned at the thought. Nox was safe for now behind this building, but she would find a new place to take cover soon.

 

Alex sensed something...out of the ordinary. 'What is that I'm sensing?' He thought. Then it hit him like a rock. 'A witch soul! But where?' Yuki peered around the auditorium. "Everything normal in here." He whispered to himself. He quickly walked, almost sprinted, outside. Yuki observed the outside landscape. He, then, looked up. "There she is! The witch!" Yuki accidently said aloud. He pondered whether to get someone but decided it would take too long. He finally noticed where the witch was looking. 'She's looking into the Death Room! She's going to attack Lord Death!' Yuki urgently thought. He gulped. "Hey, you!" Yuki called to the witch. He was getting ready for a Blue Will attack, aiming it towards the witch.

 

Death the Kid immediately took cover from the bullets. This is the first time I actually had to face a gun user like myself...no she is not like myself...she forfeited symmetry for accuracy...she disgusts me Kid said as his anger grew and he jumped out and fired I have to grab her attention Kid thought to himself

 

Fae heard the little meister gasp aloud, scared. She cawwed out in fright, moving to a big spike in the front of the DWMA. She cawwed again, she was NOT going to attack! That would give the already bad name the witches have an even WORSE reputation. She cawwed louder, hoping to drive the meister away.

 

"You can't run!" Yuki exclaimed, chasing after the giant bird. 'If I don't kill her, at least I stopped her from attacking Lord Death.' He thought, being optimistic (in a freaky sort of way). His Blue Will attack was still charging, it was about to shoot but he didn't have it aimed at the witch yet! It shot, just missing the giant bird's head by at least 5 inches. It shot into the sky and Yuki gulped again. He never aimed it at the sky before and he wondered if it was going to fall back down eventually on a helpless victim. He shook the thought away and was about to get ready for another Blue Will when he realized something. "Witches usually would've striked by now." Yuki said to himself. Even thought it was his first day at the DWMA and he hadn't learned anything yet, he still did some research about witches. He looked back up to the witch. The bird witch (even though she was in a giant bird form) had a look of kindness in her eyes. He stopped charging his next Blue Will and said, "Hey witch! Who are you?" Yuki backed away a few steps though, just in case the witch was playing innocent.

 

ooc: When in bird form, Fae is the size of a normal crow xD;;;
bic: Fae watched the little meister, just scared. She just flew off, going to deal with her cover later. 'The meister is gonna blow my cover... Or me, either way, not good!' She thought with hysteria.

 

OOC: Oops! Sorry!

BIC: Yuki saw the crow fly off. He let out a long, pathetic sigh. 'I wonder what her name was.' He thought. He slowly walked back towards the auditorium. Once he reached the auditorium, he took a seat by the wall he previously sat by. Yuki glanced at Sid. He laughed at himself, thinking about when he asked when he was alive.

 

Going back near the window of the Death Room, Fae continued spying on Lord Death. 'Stupid meister, almost frying me to a crip.' She thought with bitter distaste. She perched the windowsill, watching Lord Death.

 

Nox flinched as a few of the bullets shot by Kid actually came fairly close to hitting her despite the fact that she was not directly in his sight. Some of them were even ricocheting off of other objects in the building before going through the second window. "My,my,my....becoming more fierce I see. What ever angers you so?" she teased him with a small giggle. However, Nox became more cautious now that Kid seemed more serious. This time, she only stuck the barrel of the Beretta out, trying to expose as little of herself as possible. She was trying to point the gun at where she last saw Death the Kid with muscle memory. However, the problem with this is that he likely already changed positions since she last saw him. Still, Nox emptied the rest of her round in one straight direction before reloading her clip. Hmm....I think I still have a few more clips left. If I run out, I'll have to retrieve some quickly back at the safehouse. That'd be such a hassle even if I gained those powers. she thought. After devouring some human souls, Nox noticed that she could open a portal and teleport herself using it. However, she is still testing it out and the portals tend to be unstable. But I have been getting better. Heeheeheee....

 

Death the Kid continued to fire his guns at the area Nox was at "I shall punish those who give up symmetry. Using only one gun for better accuracy makes you give up that symmetry" Death the Kid yelled

As Kid and Nox began to shoot it out, suddenly Drake jumped out from behind Nox, His arms had become blade. The Silent weapon slashed his arm straight at Nox, having waited for the moment to strike

 

"Whoa!" she exclaimed as she rolled forward out of the way before turning around to face Drake. "Why, hello there. I thought I said I'd get to you shortly. Now, because of your impatience you've disrupted this duel. And I hate disruptions." Nox said as there was now a dangerous glint in her eyes. "Besides, how on earth have you evaded all the bullets shot in this area? I'd think anyone would look like swiss cheese by now." she stated as she cocked the Beretta back and shot at his head before quickly searching for better cover to continue shooting at Kid and to get away from Drake.

 

Kid hid and prepared his guns "by now the two of them should reach there" Kid muttered as he stood under cover. The plan was to draw Nox's attention while Drake and Seth closed the distance and attack

Drake immediately used his bladed hands to block the bullet directed at his head and jumped froward and slashed at her. Meanwhile Seth immediately jumped out of an alleyway and sent his palm at Nox as he tried to preform Soul Menace

 

"Hagh!" she yelled in surprise with all the incoming attacks. Desperate Nox quickly searched for a suitable place to put one of the portals she could make. There! On top of a roof a shaky, unstable portal formed. She fell back from the swipe and out reached hand and before she hit the ground, she formed a fluctuating portal beneath her. Keeping the two portals open for even this amount of time was draining her energy. As she fell through, the portal immediately closed and she fell out through the other portal with the same amount of speed as her fall. "Ugh! Oof!" she cried out as she landed on the roof and slid a few inches to a stop. The second portal closed as soon as she was out. Ugh....my head....I can't believe I kept them open for so long.... After some inspection, she realized that she was bleeding. A minor cut on her shoulder no less, but still a cut. Luckily it wasn't very deep and she could take care of it later. I'm too open here, I've got to hide before he shoots me. Nox looked around for Kid before dropping down from the roof.

 

OOC: o.o Guys.... quick recap on what's happening? DX Nice RPing though everyone! ^^ Sorry to have left you suddenly, I didn't realize I was going to be off for this long.

 

OOC: Well, back at the DWMA (where Yuki and Fae are), Fae decided to release her Soul Protect to spy on Lord Death in the Death Room. This revealed her witch soul and Yuki felt that something was off. He used Soul Finder and found out where Fae (in her crow form) was. Because she was looking into the Death Room (and that she was a witch), Yuki thought that she was going to attack Lord Death. So, Yuki charged a Blue Will and Fae quickly flew away to one of the big spikes at the front of the DWMA. Yuki's Blue Will attack wasn't aimed at her and he missed. Then, Yuki realized that the witch hadn't attacked him yet and that it was odd that she didn't (because witches usually do). He also noticed that Fae had this look of kindness in her eyes that witches didn't have. So he asked her name but Fae, enraged that Yuki almost blew her cover, flew off and perched herself on a windowsill to continue spying on Lord Death. Yuki then went inside and took a seat by the wall he previously sat by. Sorry it was so long!! ^^;

The two brother charged at Nox but to Seth's surprise he witnessed her open a portal and escape from their two-pronged attack. The two of them managed to stop themselves before they crashed into each other and observed the remaining area "damn it all...hey Kid be careful. She has the power to create portals" Seth yelled over to Kid

Kid nodded after hearing Seth's warning and griped his guns tightly "this puts us in a bad situation a gun users like her benefits from far distances while suffers from close range. With the ability to create portals she can get the distance she needs" Kid said to his twin guns "the question is...did she flee?" Kid said as he looked around and notice Nox appear on a rooftop "over there" Kid yelled as he fired his guns at Nox but missed when she jumped off the rooftop
