Welp, I splurged on The Force Unleashed II for $4.99, leaving me with $5.01 left.

 

Bought Portal 2 and CS:S for my brother. Have 800 left. =\

 

Same, got it in the last minute, and made a quick decision! XD

Darksiders too for £4.99. Demo was pretty good, so thought I might as well.

EDIT: Must also try and get Vice City to work for me.... I want to play but damn crashes...

 

800 dollars? You're kidding, right?

 

Eight hundred left.

 

It's decent. A solid Zelda clone with God of War's combat. The problem is, without Zelda's charm or God of War's Greek mythology, the things that the game borrows stand out as weak mechanics.

 

Well obviously I'm not going to spend 800 on games on Steam.

 

But I do love the concept of a game based on the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

Too bad just about every character suffers horribly from over-developed and complicated design.

I mean, just look at this sketch. The silhouette would look like a mountain.

It's a shame that they didn't even name the horsemen properly. It's War, Pestilence, Famine and Death. Their version is War, Death, Strife and Fury.

 

That is terrible. Who was in charge of this? We should write them a letter.

 

Probably because they figure nobody would want to play as Famine or Pestilence (I WOULD DAMN I WANT TO STARVE MY ENEMIES AND KILL THEM WITH DISEASES SO AWESOME).

Horrible of them to include Cloud as a Horseman. Seems like they've switched half of the Horsemen with deadly sins instead.

 

Okay, 800 what?
