Mari chuckled. "We're close..."

 

"Thats good..."Riku said. "You should rest, Riku. You still have a fever..."Sora said, feeling Rikus forehead. Riku pouted a bit. "That didn't work the last time you told me to stay and rest."He teased. "True, but that was with Hikari. Now its with twins."Sora said.

 

"My mother knows the town healer very well, we could ask her for help." Mari piped up.

 

"I'm feeling better thooough..."Riku whined. Sora couldn't help but chuckle.

 

"Let me see..." Mari went up to Riku, staring at him.

 

Riku sat still. Sora sighed.

 

With a random lick on Riku's forehead, Mari thought about his condition.

 

Riku giggled a bit at the lick. "What was that for?"He asked.

 

"That is how we check one's health and mental being." Mari explained.

 

"Oh? Thats kinda interesting."Riku said.

 

" How would your kind do it?" Mari asked.

 

"Usually in different ways..."Riku said.

 

"Like how?" Mari was curious.

 

"Ultrasounds to determine the development of pregnancys, reflex tesing, blood pressure testing....etcetera, etcetera..."Riku said.

 

"....." Mari was lost. She had no idea what those things were.

 

"Its complicated... so...what did the whole licking thing say exactly?"Riku asked, curious on what exactly Mari found out by licking his forehead.

 

"Healthy offspring, going to be very unfortunate one day though." Mari said quickly.

 

"What do you mean by that?"Riku asked, concerned.

 

"I do not know, but misfortune will come." Mari nodded, sighing.

 

"I hope not..."Sora said. Riku placed his hands over his stomach, alittlw worried abouty the twins.
