Eden shrugged. "I dunno, they just don't wanna move."

 

"Heh, wish that these kids were like that. Active little tykes."Riku chuckled. "Well combining their mother and sister they're gonna be pretty calm..."Valerie said.

 

Eden chuckled. "Oh well..." Things are different.

 

Sora sighed, then remembered something. "You know..." "Hmm?"Riku and Valerie looked at Sora. "The 4 of never really knew our real dad....well, pretty much."Sora said. "True...My dad left when I was still a baby..."Valerie said. "Heh, my dad left before I was born..."Sora said, frowning. Riku was silent, clutching onto the feather charm around his neck.

 

"I visited my Earth father once a year really..." Eden shrugged. "and Sephiroth.... yeah..."

 

"Which is why I said pretty much..."Sora said. "Jeffrey still has both his parents, I think..."Valerie said, looking at the red colored pencil she had in her hand. Riku and Sora looked at Valerie and sighed.

 

"Its okay, Val." Eden smiled.

 

"what are you guys worried about. I'm fine."Valerie pouted in a stubborn way. Sora smiled, patting Valerie's head. "C'mon, I think we know you by now."he said. Valerie looked away with a pout. "You keep pouting like that and your bottom lip is gonna get huge."Riku laughed. "Your one to talk, preggos!"Valerie teased.

 

Eden looked at Valerie blankly, "What's a preggos?"

 

Valerie looked at Eden nervously. "I was teasing Riku!"she said. "Thats what the preggo gets for teasing me about my pout!"she pouted. "You pout too much."Sora giggled.

 

Eden just stared blankly, confused.

BIC:"Like he's one to talk about me having a big pout when he's the big one with his pregnant stomach!"Valerie said, embarassed she actually had to explain her tease.

 

Eden finally got it. "Ooooh........ I don't get slang." She was a bit of a dunce in social smarts.

"You're hopeless with me, then."Valerie laughed.

 

"E-Eh?!" Eden whined, pouting. " I didn't get out much. I have a mental disability."

 

"...what?"Sora and Riku looked at Eden. Valerie was confused as well, but she didn't freak like Sora and Riku.

 

"Mild Autisim. It made me more emotional and when I was a kid... I cried so much more..." Eden looked down, shuffling her hands.

 

"I didn't know that..."Sora said. "I didn't even know..."Valerie said. Riku was silent, a bit in shock.

 

"But wait! That doesn't mean I deserve anything more!" Eden chuckled, pitifully smiling for herself. "I'm still the same person in and out."

 

"I know...its still a bit of a surprise though."Sora said.
