Struggle for Earth v3

All of a sudden... Little Mayah wasn't so little anymore, she was about Riku's height now....

 

"Whoa!"Sora almost fell over but Riku caught him. "Whoa mama...how did you do that?"Valerie asked in awe.

 

"Miss E.A.M. gave me this ability." Mayah smiled.

 

"Lucky..."Valerie said, pouting. "Hey, sometimes size matters."Riku said. "Yeah, yeah..."Valerie frowned. Sora sighed.

 

Mayah became a small chess piece again. "I'm going to be going soon again, Miss E.A.M. needs me to help her become a medic for a tournament."

 

"Alright... Good luck..."Sora smiled. "Yeah..."Riku said. "Y-Yeah...."Valerie said.

 

"Oh, but not now, I'll be with you guys, then I'll leave to Miss E.A.M. and then come back until I'm needed again." Mayah smiled.

 

"But what if anyone-"Valerie stopped at her sudden outburst. "N-Nevermind."She went in her bedroom. "Okay...? That was a bit odd."Riku said.

 

Mayah looked to Valerie's bedroom, then looked above to a vent. "Any way I can get up there?"

 

"I'll handle it..."Sora said. He peeked into Valeries bedroom to se her curled into a ball, cuddling a pillow. "You okay, sweety."Sora asked. "Its nothing..."Valerie said. "You sure? I mean, you seemed alittle upset."Sora said. "I'm fine."Valerie said...but she didn't sound fine....

 

Mayah looked into Valerie's room, turning black.

 

"C'mon, whats wrong?"Sora asked. Valerie was silent. "I... I'm not a big fan of...y'know." "Blood?"Valerie shook her head at that. "Death?" Valerie nodded. "Everyone isn't a fan of death, sweety."Sora said. "You don't get it!"Valerie said. "My grandpa died of liver failer when I was in 4th grade... So just thinking of it..."Valerie whimpered. "Hey, hey..."Sora wrapped his arms around Valerie in a warm hug.

 

"Oh... Is it because I said medic?...Well, there's worse ways to die..." Mayah sighed.

 

"Yeah, yeah..."Valerie sighed. Sora pouted. "C'mon..."

 

Mayah sighed. "I know someone who's been decapitated, died from blood loss and pain, and a stab in the stomach. She's still alive."

 

"You mean E.A.M...right?"Valerie asked.

 

"Yep! And also, there have been some that have almost died by a man with a bird... Showed him right." Mayah smiled.

 

"That Karl..."Sora sighed. "I don't want to be near him with my-"He stopped, blushing.

 

Mayah sighed, Eden came in, woozy. "What's all the yelling about?" she asked, tired.

 

"Nothing. We're just talking."Sora said, hands resting protectively over his stomach.
