    ............omg

    Marry me. XD

    By the way,
I put together all of the Brawl gameplay videos ever released (I'm pretty sure ALL of them) into one, 45 minute or so, super video. Featuring gameplay from October 10th, and 11th, for example.

I'm putting it on my ipod :3

But I wouldn't act on that if that wasn't the case. You talk as if every gun-owner is irresponsible.

Well if you know how to L-cancel and Wavedash, chances are, you will do it, no matter who the competitor :3

Nope, never done that. It's easy to tell who can and can't. And I've responded as such. I'm actually quite a adamant sandbagger.

Besides, players of equal skill will tend to gravitate toward each other, anyway.

But with Online play, there not going to be reserved people like you, and even in an Online situation you may see the situation as different. If they were simply taken out, it wouldn't be an option at all, so everyone's on the same plain and Smash bros metagame would change, evolve into something different

    Then you're nice. XD
But like I said, chances are, and not many smashers I know would leave the opportunity to pwn someone who can't do it XD

    I suppose you're right. *sigh*

    Have to bite the bullet for the Smash community, I guess. <.<;

It would've been *nice* to have the option to duke it out with some other advanced players, though. *tear*

Hmm well we will know soon enough what is cut out and left in.

Personally, I don't see how much MORE progress the delay could have done for the team.

I'm assuming Smash Bros. was supposed to launch in the Americas first (December 3rd, 2007), so that technically means they'd have to have the game gold and done around middle of November (one month from now) and sent to manufacturing for production.

Since Smash Bros. now releases on January 24th, 2008 for the first time around the world, they still only have about 5-6 weeks extra of development time.

I wonder what's so important that needs to be done before the game releases, but still can be finished within 5-6 weeks. Perhaps it's an important game mechanic/mode/etc. Perhaps they're just smoothing out glitches and bugs. Who knows? :p

Oh and apparently this is the Halberd stage music:

Apparently the music in the Halberd stage is a remixed version of the halberd music in Kirby Super Star ....well, in KSS it has 4 themes but the one heard was that one I just linked you to

I know there's a chance you may not have your wavedashing, sushi. But with the edition of moving and shooting, footstool jump, and gliding, there may be a new pro-level move out there ;D

Yeah, and watch the smash community find a new innovative way to use those techniques, resulting with people complaining again, just about something else this time. lol.

That's just the culture of a lot of online gaming, anyway. There are always people who discover something specific and completely transform it in a way that produces exceptional results. Human ingenuity, go figure.

    New Pork City

The scale of this stage is one of the grandest in the Smash Bros series. The scale is, say, about as same as that Temple stage—you know the one I’m talking about?

    It’s New Pork City.

It is a city of chaos.

It’s too detailed to fully understand...

    The buildings are like...billboards?

At any rate, it’s big, so if all someone does is run away, there will be no end to it. But with so much freedom, it becomes a giant playground.

There’s quite a lot of freedom.

Also, a monster known as the "Ultimate Chimera" appears on this stage.

    The-there it is!

If this guy sinks his teeth into you, it will launch you off in one blow. It’s pretty much certain that if you get hit, you’ll lose a life. But there’s nothing you can do. I mean, it IS the Ultimate Chimera.

    I’m no maaaaaaaatch...

Knew this was coming about a month ago, good to actually see it though

Little disappointing that you're basically just on platforms in front of a backdrop of New Pork City, would have been better if you were like...actually there...instead of...in front of it..

As long as I can short hop I'm content. I also anticipate a forum tourney with the greatest of glee.

You guys should play SSB64 with online play, it'd be fun to play against you guys in SSB64 while we wait for SSBB

Agreed, all the detail and things in the background make it look more complex then it really is.

XD Pretty interesting stage, more compelling is some of the obscure locations of some of the platforms.

And SSB64 online sounds good, however I'd have to get bootcamp (or possibly parallels) running again if I had to give that a go; I'm running an Intel Mac--and despite PJ64 being open source--no one's ported it to Mac OS X as of yet. =\

I'd have to revamp controls on my keyboard to get used to playing it online. Besides I have patience and a few other games to tide me over until Feb.
