XD Well, we'll see how it goes. I won't be much fun to fight right now since I have no idea how to use a keyboard for the game, and might.. probably kill myself expertly.

I'll get the hang of it, I suppose, eventually.

All of us play the game with the keyboard, so you'll be at the same disadvantage as everyone else =P

Also, technically playing with a Keyboard will be similar to playing with the Wiiremote on it's side, since you have the same button limiation.

Either way you'll get the hang of it and soon you'll be playing just fine

Uhh, yeah that's not going to be a problem, I have a lot of ROMs and my Project64k folder is only 60mb big...so, I mean, you'd have to download Project64k 20 times over to take up a single GB

Lol, what's up with mine, when I download SSB64, it comes up as an unreadable format and isn't compatible with the emulator, did I do something wrong?

You have to open up Project64k first, then go to "File" and "Refresh ROMs List" and then select SSB64 from there and it should work

Do I have to have a special program to convert it into the correct file?

No, it should already be the correct filetype. Did you put the ROM into the Project64k folder? Did you put the Project64k files into their own folder?

I thought so, I guess I'll try again...

    EDIT:
It wants to save it as a type of file called '7z' is that correct?

Make sure that you put Project64k into a Folder. If you just placed it in Program Files willy-nilly the files are just sitting there, and not actually in a folder

All of it is in a file entitled Project64k_0_13...
What is the game supposed to be saving as? It will only let me save it as this 7z file type...

Yeah, the program is called "WinRAR" which is a program I thought most people had nowadays o-0

Do you remember .zip files? And WinZip? Yeah, .rar files are the new .zip these days, so all you need is the program WinRAR

    http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Download WinRAR 3.71 and you're good

Just as a warning i'm closing this thread once it hits 1000 posts.

But fear not a new one will be made to replace it. We are doing this to avoid ridiciously long thread cluttering up the place.
