I was also skeptical. But I think the fan demand for the game finally got through to them. Either that or they saw a ridiculous number of imports for Xillia ;) Though I feel it may be a while before I get to them, after Abyss, the Tales of games lost a sort of magic for me. But I hear very good things about Xillia, so my interest may be re-sparked. I might even go back and finish Vesperia and Graces...
It's good that the games are getting localized. It took them so long, though. At the very least, Hideo Baba is working to make the localizations faster. My guess is that they got a good number of pre-orders. Rightly so, since the pre-order is pretty sweet. Namco Bandai has done the series good with all this.
Can I just say how happy I am that this is happening. I played Xillia with a friend who got the game early. Perks of working at having friends who import games. The first was amazing and I cannot wait for the sequel.
Also, for all you loyal Tales of fans, who ever has Xillia, Graces, and Vesperia(only applies to Japanese for vesperia) save files get an extra bonus for Xillia 2
Xillia-2 huh? I really need to play the 1st so I have a long ways to go. Though I painfully lack information about the 1st so I need know more about it before playing. Dude you really got to beat Vesparia. I beat it and I'll say that you'll be satisfied. Even so, I'm a little disappointed that there's not going to be a prequel, but instead an OVA.
Absolutely looking forward to this, been waiting since back when it got announced. Loved Tales of xillia 2 and symphonia chronicles kept me busy I guess but I really can't wait to play as Ludger because he looks so awesome :'D
