You'd think Vexen would pierce the guy with ice sickles had it not been for the sneak attack. They ARE opposites, after all.

 

I think Vexen would of beaten Axel if it wasn't for the sneakiness and how he'd fought Sora twice before Axel attacked... I'll give Axel praise for his timing, it was the easiest option. But he was a little underhanded in waiting like that.

 

It's the way of the assassin. Main point is to get the job done over pride. Meh. Marluxia was sneakier and let someone else do the dirty job, lol.

I'm not saying it wasn't done well, I was saying he just very disrespectful towards Vexen. And if Vexen hadn't had such a hummilliating downfall I doubt he'd the the victim of riddicule he is now amongst fangirls. I find it rather interesting that Vexen had a very simmilar "I'm the best" attitude to Axel but everyone decided that Vexen was the crack-pot egotist. Axel was treated as a popular and Vexen as a confident 'loser' by the other members. And it seems the players picked up on that mentalilty. At least, that's how I see it at times.
