Risiel took a step back, almost ready to turn away and run when she saw Zeke with a knife. She opened her mouth to speak but nothing came out. She placed a hand to her throat, briefly looking away from Zeke and down at the ground. "I'm Risiel," she muttered, just barely loud enough for him to hear her. She turned her attention back to the boy, seeing he was holding out his hand. She moved the her hand away from her throat and slowly reached out, grabbing Zeke's hand and lightly shaking it. She only held his hand a few seconds before letting go and putting it down to her side. Her eyes narrowed slightly, having a strange feeling as though her and the other two were being watched. She looked away from Zeke and looked around the area they stood up, seeing nobody around. Why do I have a bad feeling?

Bio: Marcus suffers from amnesia. He does not remember much of his past,other than the fact that his brother went missing years ago. Awakening to his new power, Marcus is at first scared,but soon learns to accept that the world that he once knew is gone,and that his life is no longer his own to control.
Personality: Aggressive, confident, tends to act before he thinks.
Power: Marcus has incredibly fast speed and agility, and can jump much higher than the average person.

Crystal couldn't help but smile, "Fair enough then" She got up and quickly moved over to the hole, ignoring the pain in her leg where the bullet had hit. She paused for a moment before going through to check if she could see anyone. She could not see anyone but that didn't mean they weren't there. She suddenly set off at a sprint towards the next building searching for some cover. She concentrated and tried to phase as she ran, meaning any bullets would go straight through her. The only problem was, she had no idea if it had worked or if she was still vunerable. She did not understand how this worked yet, so all she could do was hope it had worked, hope no one was there and just try to get to saftey.

 

Emilia ran as stealthily as she could down the sidewalk. She gasped and sank back alongside the shadow of a nearby building when she heard gun shots. Guns. Shouting. There was a man shouting around the corner. Still pressed against the building, Emilia made her way to the street corner and peeked around the side of the building. There was a man dressed in red, trapped in by the military. She knew on the spot that the young man was another Awakened. Her breath caught at the sudden sound of the ground cracking, metal on concrete. There was another man; older than the one in red, but still young. Beside him was a bladed staff, sticking out of the cracked ground. She had heard of these guys. Horsemen. Why they had a bone to pick with her and the other Awakened, she had no idea. But she decided to stay there, hopefully hidden, and help her fellow Awakened if she could.

Cautiously walking through the streets, Marcus watches for any sign of movement other than his own. No idea where the exit of this city is...i'll just have to keep searching until i find it. If only i knew the general direction that it is in! Marcus thinks to himself. He sits down on the wreckage of a car after a few more minutes of walking, not tired,merely trying to clear his head and figure out where to go next. He clutches his head in agony. Why..can't i remember anything?! he thinks furiously. He stands up and kicks a nearby garbage bin over in anger.

 

Rebecca heard the girl that Zeke held his knife say that her name was Risiel. She decided to introduce herself so she wouldn't seem rude. "Hi, Risiel. I'm Rebecca Holtz," she said happily. "I'm wondering, but is everything alright? It seems to me that you feel uneasy." After she said that she said in her mind, "Stupid! You are such an idiot! All you should do is just introduce yourself. Not get into the person's personal life!" She decided that she would write down Zeke and Risiel's names in her notebook so that she would know who was on her side in this new life...

OOC: Dr_Wigglz's character reminds me of Percy Jackson for some reason... Oh! and the 'C' on 'OOC' looks like a smiley with the colon. :)

 

OOC: Ok now that you pointed it out i've noticed similarities in the physical appearance lol

 

Crystal looked at him as she ran and smiled, "Oh that, yeah, I got shot. It's only a skin wound though" She replied, keeping her voice low before looking round again, to see if she could spot anyone following. No one had shot them so far, which was a good sign but they weren't quite out of trouble yet. She kept running and looking for some shelter, "So any chance of a name?"

 

IC: Marcus gets up and begins walking again. Within moments he stops. He can hear voices. Unable to make out the words they are saying, Marcus walks walks over to a wall just around the corner of where the voices seem to come from. Being careful, Marcus peers around the corner, and instantly sees a group of military soldiers. Oh if there were only less of you...maybe i could take you. But with the group of you,i doubt i'd last long, Marcus thinks. He sees one of the soldiers turn and see him. Marcus immediately turns around and dashes off in the other direction,not at full speed,but fast enough that if the soldier pursues him he will fall behind.

 

Risiel was taken aback with the sudden question from Rebecca. Then again, she was pretty sure both her and Zeke were in the same situation she was in. "I'm fine," she quietly said, looking away from the two teens to look around again. "I just..." She hesitated for a moment. She wasn't quite sure if these two have run into the Military before or if they've barely woken up and are completely oblivious to what is going around. But if they were, she figured she'd have to try and keep these two out of danger. "It just felt like someone was watching us."

 

IC: As Marcus is running he trips over,rolling many,many times because of the speed he was travelling at. He finally slides to a halt at a person's feet. Bruised and minorly injured, Marcus stands up. He notices there is in fact a group of three people,although they do not look like military to him. "Uh...you don't look like military. Who are you?" he asks as he tenses up,ready to move at a moment's notice.

Bio: Lilly doesnt even really know how she feels about the awakened. She only joined up with the military for the amazing access to all kinds of technology she gets granted as a techie. She understands the aims of the military and will carry out a kill order if given but shes not the strongest fighter she prefers to be in the background coordinating squads and acting as a watchtower so to speak. She has no known family to speak of and so she can put all her focus into her research creating only the best for the armed forces. She is starstruck by the very mention of any of the horsemen and secrets lives out a daydream where she is one.

Personality: Very outgoing and friendly, loves taking on new projects she gets assigned, Sometimes she prefers technology over people and when she gets an idea in her head she becomes a total introvert ignoring the world around her and pretending its just her, her computer, and her tools.

Weapons: Dual Desert Eagles kept on a holster on either thigh and 2 hidden retractable blades on either toe of her boots and a tool identical to that of Shions, so basically a large more powerful version of a stun gun that can also act as a shield and a digital device that she keeps her whole world on; any battle data she collects from the awakened or the horsemen or regular soldiers, military strategies, weapon blue prints, etc.

She followed him quickly, "I'm Crystal" She replied with a small smile, equally quietly as she got her breath back. She looked around still, seaching for any sign of danger. Since this ordeal had begun, she'd had a hard time relaxing. She ripped some fabric off her jacket and wrapped it round her injury, in an attempt to stop it bleeding, which quickly turned red. She looked up at him, "I hope you're right. What do we do now?"

 

"Weird... I've been having the same feeling," Rebecca said. "Whenever I go outside, I have to look around me before I start walking. You know, so that I would know that I'm safe and that no one is trying to kill me." She looked around to make a quick check that no one from the Military was around when all of a sudden, she sees someone roll and fall at the group's feet...

"Umm... I'm Rebecca Holtz," she said to the boy. "And we are definitely not Military. But may I ask, who are you?" She was concerned for the boy because of his bruises yet a little uneasy because he looked like he could attack at any time...

 

Marcus relaxes a little. It doesn't sound like she is lying,he thinks to himself. "My name is Marcus Stuart. For a while now i've been evading the military. For some reason they seem to want to harm me,i guess it's probably because of my speed.." he says,thinking out loud.

 

In the darkness of an alley between two buildings a man stood, his eyes blocked from light by his sun glasses. Taking out a packet of cigarettes from his top pocket he plucked one from the pack and settled it in his mouth before returning the packet to his pocket. He slowly reached down into one of his trouser pockets and revealed a lighter which he gradually brought closer to his face, flipping the lid and flicking it's flame into life he lit his cigarette. Taking a long breath on it before using his free hand to remove it from his mouth and exhale he returned his lighter to his pocket. Taking a moment to watch the smoke from his mouth rise he began to walk forward slowly leaving the alley and fixing his gaze forwards with each step.

 

Zeke turned to see a man introducing himself to the group. A man. A man he could kill. But not in front of the women. Maybe later. "Marcus huh? I'm Zeke." He said. He had a malicious look in his eyes. He held out his hand for him to shake.
