The Awakened

Lorelei was really tired and cold

 

Shun looked at her "you look tired. Do you mind if I carry you" Shun said

 

Lorelei nodded as a way of saying thankyou to shun

 

Shun picked her up and looked at her and smiled

 

Lorelei fell asleep in his arms

Dawn was floating on her back, looking up at the moon

 

Shun continued to walk until he saw Dawn in the water "swimmin as usual" Shun said

 

Dawn lifted her tail out of the water and kept her balance "A bit differnet this time though shun"

 

Shun almost droped Lorelei in his arms but didn't. HE was in shock

 

Dawn swam to the edge "I know...I dont understand how, maybe my connection to the water, like a siren or a mermaid" Dawn looked at Lorelei "Poor girl is tired"

 

SHun looked at Lorelei and put her down and sat down next to her

 

"Shun...I see you like her, for tonight I'll sleep on the other side of the lake, just so you dont think I'm in the way ..k..." Dawn dived under the water

 

Shun was about to say something but she dived away before he could. Shun watched the lake of a while and then fell asleep next to Lorelei

 

Lorelei woke up in the middle of the night and looked at shun, he was the first person in a long time to look after her and make her feel safe, she covered him with some of the cape and fell back to sleep.

Dawn was sleeping far away out of sight

 

Shun soon awoke and streched

 

Lorelei was still asleep as Dawn was swimming back across the lake

 

Shun looked at his body to see some of the cape over him and smiled and then got up and looked at Dawn comming out of the lake "morning" Shun said

 

Dawns body glowed as she regained her legs. She got to her feet and walked to the two of them "Morning shun" Dawn looked at Lorelei "Let her lay-in...she needs it"

 

Shun nodded "so what are we going to eat" Shun said
