The Chronicles of Narnia: The Middle

William frowned. He didn't like the idea of his twin keeping secrets from him. But he figured that Alex would tell him soon enough.

 

Elizabeth nodded to Alex, glad that she wasn't going to keep what was going on to herself. She looked at Caspian. "If it's alright with you, we'd like to go with you to Anvard." she said, simply.

 

Prince Caspian noticed Alexandria remove her eyes from his contact, which slightly hurt giving him the idea he must have offended her early by walking away. He tried to put on a smile and softly said, "very well my friends...we shall head to Anvard...it could take us sometime on foot...although its unfornate we do not have horses..."

 

"That's okay," William said. "It'll give us some time to talk and think."

 

Alexandria gave William a pouty look. "You're upset with me, aren't you?"

 

William hesitated for a moment. "A bit... but I'm trusting your judgement."

 

"And we have a lot to talk about. This place seems to be in as much turmoil as our home." Elizabeth agreed, smiling alittle as she watched Alex do her pouty look as skillfully as usual.

 

Prince Caspian nodded and proceeded to start walking slowly south, he collected what little supplies of his previous venture he could from the spot he had fallen from and then stood back up. "If a break or rest for the night is needed just let me know...it will take us more than one day to venture there on foot..." he said walking slowly.

 

Alexandria's pout turned to a look of worry. If it would take more than a day, then her meeting with Glenstorm would be thrown off. But Trufflehunter must have known that it would take more than a day on foot, so he must have made the right caculations... right?

OOC: Imma go to bed now... *yawn*

 

William walked alongside Alexandria, wondering what she was thinking about so hard. "Chances are that we will need a break. Alex isn't much for long distances." He smiled when Alexandria was jerked from her thoughts at William's comment, and laughed when she gave him her I'm-upset-with-you expression. He knew she'd get over it quickly though; she always did.

BIC: "Okay, that should give us plenty of time to learn about Narnia." Elizabeth said, walking over to Alex to walk with her. She smiled at her assuringly, seeing the worried look.

 

Prince Caspian nodded at William's statement, "of course...honestly I am very used to riding a horse myself...so it is good I am finally getting some walking in...however it will require a break from me as well..." He continued walking and leading them, "Anything I can possible reveal to you about Narnia I shall try to..." he said with a soft smile, "although I would very much like to hear of your lands too..."

 

Luke sped up his pace to stand next to Prince Caspian, keeping an eye Elizabeth. "We'll tell you what we can," he assured the prince, though he was wary about learning or saying anything. "As long as we may be able to figure out a way to get home... eventually."

 

Alexandria let her worry slide for the moment. She wanted to listen in on what Luke and Caspian were talking about.

 

Prince Caspian nodded, "of course...if anyone would maybe happen to be able to help you in Anvard it would be my professor...he is very knowledgeable in many things..." He walked a little slower, as to know wear them out too fast, plus the long it took the more he would learn about them, "it sounds to me you come from a part of Narnia that I have not even heard of..."

 

"I won't say that," Alexandria spoke up. "I've never even heard of Narnia. And you've never heard of Finchley. So I'm thinking that they're two completely different worlds."

 

"Alex," William sighed. "Don't get in over your head."

 

Prince Caspian stopped walking and turned to face Alexandria, raising an eyebrow, "a different world..." he said before laughing softly. "Are you always that silly? You do truly know how to lighten the mood miss Alexandria..."

 

Alexandria just rolled her eyes. She's heard worse for having interest in all things mythological.

 

"We'll find out soon enough," Wiliam interjected, not wanting there to be an argument.
