The Chronicles of Narnia: The Middle

Prince Caspian continued to ride hard and fast, for some reason or another an unseen urge inside of him wanting to push as far away he could from Anvard. Honestly it was the last place he wanted to be at most times, even at night he would choose to brave the wild rather than sleep there. He however forgot that by making this reckless trek north, he was not prepared with supplies such as food and water.

 

"And I like reality," Luke commented, and sighed when he got several dirty looks. "I'm sorry," he added, looking at Trufflehunter for a moment as well. "I really am... it's just... weird."

 

"It's quite alright," Trufflehunter assured Luke. "I'm a bit confused here too."

Alexandria grabbed hold of a thick tree branch and pulled herself up to sit on it. "I still think it wouldn't hurt to look around a bit." She climbed higher into the tree until she could just see above the tree tops.

 

"Get down!" William shouted at his twin. "You're going to fall and hurt yourself!"

 

Prince Caspian continued to ride hard and fast, almost as if something was chasing him, something was haunting his every footstep. His breathing increased rather rapidly, and he clung to the reins tightly as if there was a notion he could fall off any second. A little bit of precipitation formed on his brow as his body was starting to take a toll from the extreme energy being used.

 

"Stop worrying so much!" Alexandria shouted down to William. "I'm fine!"

 

Luke grimaced and sat at the base of the tree, resting his hands on his knees.

"Hey," he said after a minute, looking at Elizabeth, patting the ground next to him. "Come sit."

 

OOC: i think mrsbaggins has an issue with my love triangle! DX<

 

Prince Caspian had managed to make amazing time, however at the cost of pushing his body way too far past its limit. His breathing was heavy and hoarse, his hands becoming clammy and slowly starting to have trouble holding onto the reins. His vision blurred as he raced up to the Glasswater creek before falling off his horse unconscious and landing in the sand on the coast.

 

OOC: i think mrsbaggins likes liz and doesnt wanna make friends with icky alex yet! :roll:

 

OOC: I think you just like messing things up! XD I'll get you when you come back home! >XD

BIC (this is a bit unrealistic, since Trufflehunter and the 4 are in the forest boarding the Glasswater Creek and south of the Dancing Lawn and Caspian is by the coast, but go with it anyway!): "Hey!" Alexandria yelled down to her friends. "I think someone's hurt!" She jumped down out of the tree.

"What's the matter?" Trufflehunter asked.

"I saw a man fall off his horse," Alexandria explained.

"We shouldn't go," Trufflehunter warned. "It must be a Telmarine."

"I can't just do nothing," Alexandria prostested. "Will?"

 

"We should listen to Trufflehunter," William replied.

 

"Then I'll go by myself," Alexandria decided. She walked determinedly away from the others and out of the safety of the trees. She waded through the shallow river, not really caring about her uniform getting wet.

 

OOC: i think you two are silly and should get the love triangle figured out so i can post Elizabeth without being bi polar =D.... oh and i also think some people should call other people when they say they will so some people don't get worried about those other people! ^-^ teehee *huggles Garxena*

BIC: Elizabeth ignored Luke, Will, and Trufflehunter's insistance to stay and ran over to catch up with Alex. "Oh, I hope he's alright." she said, seeing a man unconsious in the sand. She glanced back at the others who were still up on the hill.

 

OOC; oh right... well today wasn't all that great so i got a bit distracted... this is my last post for the night. i'll be back on tomorrow. and I WILL CALL YOU. i'll write in on mah hand right now! XD

BIC: "We'll do what we can for him," Alexandria said. "I wish the other's weren't so paranoid." She knelt by the man, who looked to be not much older than herself. "Hey," She murmured, lightly jarring his shoulder. "Come on, wake up."

 

OOC: aw, okay. sorry today wasn't so great. i shall awake ur call. ^^ make sure not to wash off what u write!

BIC: Elizabeth nodded her agreement and knelt down too. She examined the man's face. "He looks sort of... royal, don't you think? Maybe this is Aslan." She suggested, "Hello? Can you hear us?"

 

Prince Caspian was still breathing harder then usual but it had calmed down some, his pulse slowing down as well. When his body started to restart his senses were blurred and not exactly to their full stature, "who...who is there..." he said softly. He gently tried to open his eyes and closed them hurriedly from the blast of sun that stuck them, "where...am I...."

 

"My name is Alexandria, and this is Elizabeth," Alexandria sat back on her haunches. "Um... This placed is called Narnia," She glanced back at Elizabeth to make sure she'd gotten the name right. At Elizabeth's nod, Alexandria continued, "I don't really know much about it, sorry." She tried to think of something else to say, but was slightly distracted when she noticed just how good-looking the stranger was.

 

Prince Caspian's eye had still not adjusted back their normal state, and was rather blurred for a few more seconds. "Are you angels..." he said softly rubbing his eyes and blinking repeatedly. His eyes opened clearly after a few more seconds and he looked at the two girls, tilting his head slightly, "well of course we are in Narnia..." he said slightly confused. He looked them over, noticing they didn't seem to be dressed as most Telmarines he had seen, "did you get lost from Anvard young ladies?"

 

Luke stood back from the group slightly, eyeing the stranger with unease.

So they do look like humans, he thought to himself. He does look like royalty... smart, I'd bet; knows what the hell is going on around here.
