The City Incased In Snow

Z looked at Jordyn. "Natasha, me and Jordyn are gonna go out for a little talk, you can play in the water if you want. We'll be outside the cave if you need us for anything." He let go of Jordyn's hand and got up, walking out to the mouth of the cave, heading over to the nearest tree.

 

"You two always talk!" she played around. she giggled and ran over to the water, like a little kid would run. She sat on the edge and jumped in the shallow end, It came up to her waist and she threw water around the pond, and laughed.

Jordyn laughed as she watched Natasha jump in. She felt like she was spoiling her too much by letting her have so much fun. She stood up and walked to the mouth of the cave, standing next to Z. She traced her fingers over his palm until her hand softly grabbed his, holding his hand.
"What's on your mind?" she asked.

 

Z looked at her. His eyes told it all, his crimson eyes, shaded back into his original. "Your parents..." He looked away. "That night when I was with them, and you were out, I talked with them, and...that fire that took them...that night...that they burned.... I started that fire...I was just so frustrated with your father...he was the one to tell me what to do, since of that night, our passionate one...and he...he told me to leave you...I couldn't accept that, he would offer me a lot...but I still refused...he wouldn't take no for an answer...so...." He looked away and started to begin to feel like fire all over his body.

 

She shook her head, letting go of his hand softly, to put it up to her face, as if horrified.
"B...but i came home during the fire... I didn't see you there," she said, starting to cry.

 

Z looked away. "Because...I was the fire...that creature you saw in there...that demon you see right now...I'm sorry...." And with that, he skyrocketed into the air, and all the way to the castle. He landed on one of the towers and sat there. Drained now.

 

She jumped back when he jumped up.
"Z?" she asked, sad. She became frightened,. She was a upset at herself. She could only remember that night. She had fought with her parents.. She yelled at her dad for being so pushy. She could remember running away from there... Running to find him, but never could find him. She found the motivation to go home when she saw the flames in the sky.
"Z! please come back! Please don't leave me again!" she cried out.

 

Z heard her, his demon ears always heard better than his regular ones. He sighed and flew solemnly back to her, still quick but crappy. He landed in front of her. He looked at her, his eyes were weak, a blackness in them. He knelt on his knees. "I'm sorry...." He kept saying it over and over again.

 

Natasha played more in the water, looking around. There was a dark spot at the main end. She giggled and ran over, splashing the water. The water kept rising, until it got to her chest. She squealed in delight then tok the next step. A drop off appeared, and she was under the warm water.

She knelt down next to him. She felt tears in her eyes, but wouldn't release them.
"I forgive you..." she whispered, and kissed his cheek.
"I love you no matter what," she softly said.

 

Z heard Natasha splash under the water in there, he ran into there and jumped in it, picking her up out of it. "Natasha, are you okay?" He knew his hearing was good for something. "I'm not gonna let you do this, I'm not gonna leave you unsupervised without parental supervision." He sighed and smiled. "Will you, please just stay in waist high water, or shallow water for me, please?"

 

Jordyn had figured out what she couldn't hear. The laughter and giggling of Natasha. Either she was giggling and laughing, or crying. She ran back in the cave, slower than Z. When she got to them, she saw Z, asking her to stay in the shallow water.
"Oh thank goodness," she whispered to herself.

Natasha cried a little and held onto him. She didn't want in the water much anymore, she felt scared.

 

Z stood there, in the water. His smile was still there, and his clothes now soaked. The one thing he couldn't do, was dry clothes. He walked out of the water and handed Natasha to Jordyn. "Keep her safe, or at least keep her warm." He walked over to the cave wall, starting to take his shirt off.

OOC: Yes, yes I know, tell me I'm a freaking idiot for not understanding the rules...which I am, I'm not gonna be very detailed about it(If you've seen Code Geass, no one really cares). o,..,o

 

Natasha held onto Jordyn, starting to cry a little less. She calmed down and started sucking her thumb.

Jordyn watched him take off his shirt. She became intrested in watching him. Her eyes traced over his skin and wings. A passionate feeling came into her mind, as she could remember what happened four years ago. She broke her trance looking down at their daughter, taking a deep breath, closing her eyes.

 

Z tucked in his wings, and his back held onto whip marks, all scarred into his skin. He stood there, holding his shirt in his hands. Thinking about that night. Why would he be thinking about it at a time like this? He couldn't even answer it himself. He just stood there, staring at the cave wall's texture.

 

Jordyn walked over to him softly, sitting Natasha against the wall, mouthing 'stay here'. She placed her cold hand, against his warm back. She frowned and looked at the scars. Her face looked horrified.
"Wh...What happened?" she asked, still shocked.

 

Z came out of his trance. He sighed and smiled. "Oh...uhh...just, something." He didn't want to say it, not now. Not when he left. That he was tortured as a slave in the middle east. He sighed and looked back at the wall.

 

She shook her head, looking down.
"Was it the same reason?" she asked. She didn't know if he knew about her scars, but she wondered if it were the same reason for why she got hers.

 

He looked at her. "Same reason? You mean...you got the same scars?" He looked at her. "Can I...see them? Only to make sure they're the same."

 

She shook her head.
"I only got them because I am half demon," she said. She pulled her coat off and her long sleeved shirt, tugging at her undershirt tank top. She lifted the back of it up, keeping the front of the tank top covering her front. She turned around, showing him her scars.

Natasha looked at the both of them.
"Mommy. why do you and daddy have those marks?" she asked.

 

Ziro saw them, it wasn't the same as his. He looked at Natasha."Well...I got mine from the middle east, you'll learn about it when you're older and...Jordyn got hers because she's...well...well special in a way." He smiled, but he looked not into her eyes. He patted her head, putting his shirt down on the ground next to where he was standing near the wall. He went to take off his pants next, but thought for a moment. He didn't want to let Natasha see the other scars.

Natasha yawned and sat against the wall, sucking her thumb and falling asleep.

Jordyn had to chuckle at how cute her daughter was when she sucked her thumb. She looked back at Z, putting her hand on his cheek.
"I'm sorry that happened to you," she said.
