Ky then jumped off dragging Mexan with him

Rae walked over to a bench and sat down.

 

Tetsuya gasped for air, his wounds subsiding, but an ache in his head. He felt weak and tired. "What is going on?" He asked, his cowl hiding his amber-coloured eyes.

 

Rae heard Tetsuya and walked over to him, 'You're alright!" She said happily. Seth was right, they will be ok! She thought.

 

Ky sighed as they ate some lunch of rice balsl and soem ramen he had packed

hehe I"am just so curiouse Megan said eating a rice ball

curiosity killed the cat he said and sighed slurping some ramen.

 

Rei stopped. Tetsuya siad it was his fault. No, she shook her head. That can't be true!

Vincent began attacking him, and all Rei could do was watch. She had vowed never to kill again and---hey, Vincent was almost dead. Tetsuya was on the ground. His blood wont clot... she thought. Then she relized that Tetsuya had hemophilia! Thats why he was so worried about his cuts. The medical ninjas did a good job of curing him, though.

"Tetsuya, come with me back to my village when you are well." Rei told him.

 

Tetsuya shook his head. He couldn't do much. He was exhausted, tired. "It was my fault your village was slaughtered... I should've killed him..."

 

Rei bent down and looked at him. She placed a gentle hand on his shoulder. "It's nobodies fault. Please don't take the blame on yourself."

 

"It is my fault... You don't understand..." He said, shifting his eyes to the left under his cowl. His shoulders slumped. "I bargained with lives, not thinking of his next move... I made a vow never to cross him if he lost the duel. It made everything worse. Instead of saving two or three people, I endangered many more in the process..." His voice shaked with rage and sorrow.

 

Rei looked at him. "No one could have predicted his next move..." she said. "he is corrupt, and evil."

 

Tetsuya shook his head "Anyone could if they saw the gleam in his eyes... The very aura he emitted... I ignored it..." He replied, still taking the blame. He felt weaker and heavier. He didn't try and move. "I'm the Leader of the Black Sakura clan... How could I let this happen? To let those innocent people die?" He asked, more to himself than to anyone. Tetsuya, all he wanted was just peace and a strong alliance among themselves as ninja... He began to think more...

 

Rei looked worried. "But it wasn't your fault!" she said. "Even if you ignored those things, it doesn't mean it's your fault! Please, dont take the blame. Whats happened has happened. You can't change the past."

 

Tetsuya, angrily, more at himself, got up, tearing off the shadow-woven cloak. He wore simple leather and cloth clothing. Leather gloves, a black and gold cotton long-sleev shirt (which has a huge tear where Vincent bit him), leather leggings, and leather boots. He had an emerald necklace around his neck, his long silver hair down to his waste. His amber-coloured eyes radiated with his pale, marble skin. Upon his left hip was a single dai-katana, while he had pouches criss-crossing around his leather leggings. "Life is certainly unfair..." He spoke after a long moment of silence. He walked away. "I am not fit to be a shinobi... I shall exile myself...And be forgotten..." With that, he walked into the forest, towards the river.

 

Rei's eyes widened. She followed him "You can't!" she said.

 

Coldly, he turned. "I shall... I am... No longer Leader of the Black Sakura Clan..." his face was forlorn and lost as he spoke those words, his eyes full of pain. He turned back around, releasing the dai-katana. He began to cut through the brush and vines that were in his way.

 

"If you aren't in your clan anymore, join mine. I would love to have you there." Rei said, still following him. Even if the others forget...I wont.she thought.

 

Tetsuya shook his head. "I am no longer shinobi... I am an exile... No more shall I interfere with shinobi affairs." He replied, his voice remorseful.

 

"Then come live in my village." Rei persisted.
