The code of the Ninja

Rae got up from her bench and walked around the village.

 

"Rae!"Hiei called on his roof as she walked past.He stood up and jumped down,landing infront of her."..I forgive you..''

 

Rae got a confused look on her face for a moment then asked, "Why the change of heart?"

 

"Dont ask questions,just accept it..''Hiei folded his arms and looked her straight in the eye.

 

"Ok then, no questions." She said and looked straight into his eyes.

 

Hiei continued to stare for a moment before turning around."I heard your second in command now..."he muttered.

 

"Ya I am...I didn't people had heard about that." She said.

 

"When you care about the future of our village..you tend to keep your ears open.."Hiei turned to face her again."How does it feel?.."

 

"Well, honestly it doesn't really feel any different, but that could be because I really havn't had to do much yet." Rae admitted, "I really don't even know if I deserve to be second in command or not, there are several others more capable than I." She said and lokked him in the eyes again, as if saying that she knew he was stronger than her.

 

"I think he chose you blindly...but you've got the qualities of a leader,Rae...never doubt yourself..''Hiei told her softly,which was surprising,considering he never talked soft with anyone."Anyway..if you ever want to train,you know where to find me..''He patted her on the shoulder and headed inside his house.

 

"Thank you." She said and smiled.

 

Seth continued to do his work when all of a sudden he held his arm and droped to the ground holding his arm

 

"Anytime!"Hiei gave her a quick wave before entering his home,he needed to rest.

 

After a while Seth fell asleep still on the ground holding his arm

 

Rae walked to her house, then went up to the roof, she enjoyed the view from there. After several minutes she went back inside her home and fell asleep.

 

The next day Seth was up early but somethng was different about him

 

Rae woke up and walked outside of her house and sat on the bench she normally sat on.

 

The next morning,Hiei woke up with an unusual pep in his step..he was eager to start his day.After doing the essential things a man does in the morning,Hiei quickly ran outside and dashed to the Village Gate to start his training.

 

Just then there was an announcement "would everybody gather around"

 

Rae got off of the bench and walked over to where the announcement came from.
